if you cant lose 10 pounds without dnp then you're the laziest p.o.s. ever. dnp is a metabolic poison that will literally cook you from the inside and result in a slow and painful death if you take too much. and the difference between a lethal dose and a "safe" dose is pretty small. it works by making ATP ineffective which results in the body targeting fat stores for energy to compensate. the side effects are strong and you'll be sweating your ass off just sitting at your desk dripping down. and the sweat has a sulfuric smell that you also taste in your mouth according to some who have tried it. and lethargy is a given when taking dnp.

moral of the story....dont do it. so unnecessary. if you want, try an E/C stack.

You can run dnp at a lower dosage but again, any use of dnp begs the question why? Do you really need to lose weight so quickly that you enjoy sweating your ass off while feeling lethargic all day just to drop 10 lbs in a week? If you wanna drop weight but don't wanna suffer from heat exhaustion, just use good ol clenbuterol, albuterol, t3 (underrated imo), and ephedrine+caffeine.

Does it stop you from producing ATP or just using it? Either way that's some fucked up shit. I didn't know that.

Why not get on an ECA stack and call it good. That's all you need.

DNP makes ATP production less efficient, i.e. more energy is required to maintain ATP levels. I'd link to another forum, but I'd too lazy to even read the rules to see if it is allowed.

One reason why people like DNP is because the weight loss is drastic. A 200lb man can drop close to a pound of fat a day. Lower-dosed, lengthier cycles are better for sustained fat loss and less side effects.

Actually if you read his post, he said "if you can't" which is a conditional statement. In your original post you never stated that you could NOT lose 10 pounds without using dnp, thus classifying his remark as a general comment to anyone. It was not a directed shot at you.

I'm not new to this game bro.I'm 36 & I'm not some young dude with a cocky attitude. Just expect it back if u give it is all.I'm done with this i don't expect any apologies, & hope y'all don't either. Now let's move on,k.(look bro i ain't no key board Rambo,if i m gonna call someone a p.o.s or a douchebag or something harsh,id like to say it to there face. Not on a fourm.)

There is far too much misinformation and scaremongering amongst the forums in reference to DNP. It's often spread by people who havn't actually ran the product itself.

Spend alot of time researching and you will see that the lethal dose is actually much higher than a safe and often used dose. A longer lower dose cycle can work wonders, and does work wonders.

If you research alot and look at it objectivly and not follow the uneducated masses then you will do fine with it. I don't personally give out information on it, which is why I havn't mentioned the lethal dose or any specific information, however I have ran many many cycles with it and I am in tip top shape and health.

Yeah if you are going to run it, low dose is the way to go from people who use it a lot. They say the sweating and lethargy is still there, but not nearly as bad as if you're running the fool dose which is about 200 a day for bigger guys. That one week or 10 day all out or nothing protocol is the stuff to be careful about though.

Its doesn't make it less efficient, then you would burn less calories. You simply don't store the atp. Your body kicks it off as heat which is why you sweat.

    Truth.

Plus it was an over the counter diet medication in the 20s and 30s. There are a ton of real studies on it.
Go to google scholar and look that shit up. Its safe as long as used correctly.
