Hell I'm up for trying anything. Only time I eat eggs and stuff is on the weekends.
Yep, right off the bat. An extra large egg has 6 grams of protein, so you will get 42 with 7 of them. The oatmeal (with no sugar or anything on it) will give you complex carbs - and plenty of them. I put a little milk in mine, but not much, as milk has a lot of sugar.

Later in the morning, I eat a half pound of chicken and a cup of brown rice, sometimes with a spinach salad and my own salad dressing with 0 carbs.

I save protein shakes for immediate post work out only.
