Yep, right off the bat. An extra large egg has 6 grams of protein, so you will get 42 with 7 of them. The oatmeal (with no sugar or anything on it) will give you complex carbs - and plenty of them. I put a little milk in mine, but not much, as milk has a lot of sugar.
Later in the morning, I eat a half pound of chicken and a cup of brown rice, sometimes with a spinach salad and my own salad dressing with 0 carbs.
I save protein shakes for immediate post work out only.

Here is what I had today:
7AM - 8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, tablespoon olive oil, 1cup whole oats with 1/4cup raisins
9AM - Protein shake (40g), 1tbs olive oil
11AM - 1/2C brown rice and 1 can tuna, 1/2C green peas
2PM - 6oz baked chicken, 1/2C brown rice, 1C broc
4PM - 5oz Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 1 apple
6:30 - Chili made with ground turkey and 1C brown rice, Protein shake (40g)
9PM - 1C 2% Cottage cheese w/ 2 tablespoons Nat PB (Plan to have)

I was going to say "Looking much better!" but then I realized you were not the original poster . . .

03SVS, have you changed up your diet?
