Been ON a few weeks nothing special, test-p/mast but have seriously upped my cardio as this was to be a lean cutting cycle. Ive put on a good few lbs of quality tissue but my BF % just hasnt changed much if at all. I almost feel like no matter how much cardio I increase its not effecting my BF at all... Anyone ever experience something similar?
Just doing cardio doesn't help if you eat more to compensate for the hunger. Either you're eating too many calories or the water weight is disguising your fat loss.
I fully believe that fat loss is 70% diet and 30% exercise. For me, I have to go to bed hungry almost every night to drop fat. I also have problems w/ dbol cause it makes me hungry as hell.

YES! damn I hate that feeling, but you have to push through it, I know when Im cutting no matter how clean I eat, and how full I may feel at the time of eating, Im always STARVING not long after.

I can honestly say during my serious training, years ago i was taking in 6000 calories a day and lost 20 lbs. Only training 90 minutes a day. I believe in the calorie in calorie out, most of the time. I dont think theres anyway i was burning off 6000 calories a day. I did lose an ass load of body fat and got stronger. If anyone else can help, i probably just confused the hell out of him.
Well, Ive always looked at calories in vs calories burned, but sometimes I feel that doesn't do it justice since not all calories are created equal...
That being said I am eating more since test makes me hungry but my diet is very clean...
Sometimes I feel like I can just get away with a massive amount of cardio to compensate the extra calorie intake. When I was younger this seemed to work, but the older I get the harder it is to go from 12% BF to 8% ya know?
I guess time catches up and it its time for me to start "going hungry" If I actually wana drop those few BF %'s...
