    What's up with my delts

I have now done 5 delt injections. First 2 were perfect, no problem.(one each left/right) when I did my third I had blood run all the way down my arm. I thought, ok, grazed a vein. Did my fourth (second in this delt) same thing.
So i just got done with my fifth, the third in my right delt and the same thing again. This time I lifted my arm and looked. And it looks like it starts to bleed but a lot of oil is coming out also. It's enough to run down to my elbow before it stops.
Other than that I have no problem. Should u concern my self with it?
On a side note I definitely hit a different spot every time also.

I hold the needle in after injecting for about 20seconds and usually have no problem.

If i do have some blood i immediately put the alcohol wipe on the injection site with some pressure and the bleeding will stop.

its normal. Try some different muscles.... Glut, quads, lats and pecs are my favorite. Delts always give me more pain imo...

Yup, leave the pin in for a little longer. That seems to help. How big are these shots you're doing?

Make sure the pin is in all the way, when you push the plunger down to inject the oil, make sure you push it all the way down so that no air is left in it (I think air left in the pin may pull the oil back out, may be wrong but it's my opinion) leave the pin in for a few seconds and then remove it rapidly. Have an alcohol pad ready and immediately put pressure on the injection site.

Glutes always have been/always will be my favorite pinning site. No pain/discomfort or any issues ever experienced with glute injects. I use 23 ga 1" or 22 ga 1-1/2" on glutes depending on volume of injection. Never tried quads - probably never will. Have done delts and still do with a 27 ga. 1/2" pin. A little soreness from time to time but always short-lived and goes away in no time at all.

yeah for sure leaving the pin in longer and then immediately putting pressure on the spot when you pull out should help. Not sure why you'd just let blood run down your arm anyway lol

I pin quads all the time though and I guess I got lucky they never really hurt for me. Out of all the times I've pinned there only once have I had more than a speck of blood come out. I musta hit something though, it started running out pretty quick and a couple days later I noticed little blood specks on the wall 5 feet away lmao

I pull the pin out and stop half way for about 10 seconds, then pull it out another half way and stop another 10. Usually no blood at all.

Then again I avoid the delts because I'm too lean and I can see the 'depot'.... I stick to the thighs.
