my concern is that its known for 155lb guys to cut to make the weight in the same class so im concidering winny or var,im in the lightest weight class so i dont have this as a option.maybe i should concentrate on my conditioning and skill rather than being the perfect weight but food for thought i guess.....
should i
a)-concentrate on my diet and training to try get as close to 145 whilst dropping to as close to 9-10% as i can.
b)concider eca, clen or winny or var to give me a helping hand?
.
Honestly, both. Steroids arent magic, they're just a catalyst. Diet is the big picture.
Have you ever run a cycle before?
If not, stick with the eca or clen for now, cut cals and keep protein intake high. You'll stay in a positive nitrogen balance and avoid muscle catabolism.
diet/cardio/weight training to get your weight down and keep your strength up
I have no idea if there's any kind of testing in amateur mma so you may be able to cycle straight through the fight. If not I wouldn't want to be pct'ing when it comes time to throw down.
Halotestin might not be a bad idea. Will bring your strength up dramatically, with pretty much zero weight gain. Plus it's supposed to be damn near unbeatable for aggression. Run it for 3 weeks leading up to your fight, shutdown with halo is supposed to be minimal though you might wanna stack a small amount of test with it just in case. take 30-40mg halo before your fight and you'll probably wanna rip your opponent's limbs off
haha yes I've heard he was on cheque drops when he bit off dude's ear, never seen it verified though I wouldn't doubt it. Not even sure where one would acquire cheque drops though, halo can be found from quite a few sources though
yea they do. naps carries it but we all know the mess that is napsgear lol.
i was considering ordering some for them for offseason wrestling tournaments but never went through with it. woulda been sick to see myself go apeshit on my opponents. but those things aint good for ya.

Not good for you at ALL, but man the aggression and strength boost is unreal!
im currently 9 weeks my next amature mma bout, its a under 145lb division and im currently 143lbs at 14-15% bf.

ive currently got a very good training regiem and diet is also pretty good.
strenght, recovery and speed are important to me and im not looking to be any heavier that 145 but i would like to be slightly stronger.
Idk about you and maybe your cardio is just far superior to mine, but training and grappling practice kicks my butt. There's no way I could be on an EC stack while training MMA. Your heart rate would be way to elevated. You're actually not even supposed to do very intense cardio period while on an EC stack because of the risk. As far as clen goes, I couldn't handle it while training either, too much damn cramping, lol. My advice is if you're fighting at 145 and you're at 143 right now, you probably shouldn't be cutting yet. Also I've never used Halo before, but ya, I guess it'll make you wanna tear shit apart, haha.
i get weighed on the day,no drug testing as only amature.
im concidering 6 weeks of var starting 3 weeks before my bout but i cant find any info regarding shin pumps and cramps.
i had both nasty pumps and cramps before of some gear before (cant remember which gear) when grappling and i would occasionaly have to tap out purley cos of my cramps even if i was in a domanant position ie mount,guard,3/4s etc etc.
but then i suppose this may not be a issue now i understand nutrition better and make sure i have enough sodium, potassium and water
I wouldn't trust any Cheque drops out there. I hear/read it's damn near impossible to get real actual Mibolerone (active ingredient in heque drops). However, real Halo is much more ealier to get and it's quite enough to induce strong vicious aggressive rage. Nothing in my life experience of aas has come close to the vicious rage brought on by Halo. Strength increase will be noticeable without weight gain. Halo pretty much goes hand in hand when it comes to something like MMA where it's important to stay within a weight class yet improve strength and aggression.
The aggression triggered by Cheque drops is supposed to be unmatched but I just don't believe real Cheque drops are easily obtainable. I know people who've ordered "Cheque drops" from one or two well known sponsors and felt NOTHING in the way of aggression. From what I understand, you will KNOW with a doubt if you are taking REAL cheque drops. Therefore, unless you can prove me otherwise - all cheque drops being marketed and advertised are 100% pure bunk; that is, NOT real mibolerone.

it was probably dbol and it's very important you also dose creatine + taurine as well. Var is fine, but I don't see why you wouldn't run test unless you're strapped for cash. test isn't some magic chemical that makes you explode in weight. It's all about how many cals you eat and unless you eat a lot, you won't gain a pound.

Bro, I've had 5 fights at Hammer House In Ohio and they always test us for AS. If you're able to get away with that, focus on your diet and training. Good Luck.
