35 yrs old
6'1" 235-240
Bodyfat 13 - 15% (Athletic looking but not ripped.)
No AAS usage for the last 10 years did some reckless and stupid cycles in college and early 20's so have a touch of pre-existing gyno
(Former linebacker, basically have a football player build with some slop)
Doing boxing MMA 2-3 times a week/ weights 3-4 times a week and push myself pretty good. Problem is the boxing requires pretty good caloric intake and my body needs carbs, so inevitably I overeat. Then if I clean up the diet, I find myself exhausted and can't spar/lift worth a shit. Obviously I'm no spring chicken, but I still wanna push it and compete. I Just find myself beat though. And I go catabolic/overtrain if I run a clean diet.
So I'm looking for a true performance enhancing cycle that will allow me to clean up the diet and still bring it in the ring/weight room. I'm gonna focus more on weights but I enjoy the fighting too much to give it up. I wanna improve my strength and appearance. Not trying to look like a worn down MMA fighter - more cut/more vibrant. I'd call it an acitve body re-comp.
I'm looking for a healthy cycle that'll hopefully allow to cut towards 10% - while beating the shit out of myself couple times a week and not go catabolic.
After reading as much as I can (thanks Heavyiron - wealth of knowledge) I think that the 1:1:1 cut mix (Test Prop/Tren/Mast) pyramid style out over 8 weeks would suit my needs well as a standalone....
but OF COURSE I wanna add an oral!!
Anavar and Winny seem like the perfect fit (though I considered D-bol but didn't want the puff/weight)
So specifically I'm looking at this:

350mg Test P weekly
350mg Tren weekly
350 mg Mast weekly
20 mgs Anavar daily for week1 bump to 30mgs Anavar daily for week2 25 mgs Arimidex daily/every other day

400mg Test P weekly
400mg Tren weekly
400 mg Mast weekly
40 mgs Anavar daily for week 3 bump to 50mgs Anavar daily for week 4 25 mgs Arimidex daily/every other day
Weeks 5-6
450mg Test P weekly
450mg Tren weekly
450 mg Mast weekly
20 mgs Winny daily for week5 bump to 30mgs Winny daily for week6 25 mgs Arimidex daily/every other day
Weeks 7-8
500mg Test P weekly
500mg Tren weekly
500mg Mast weekly
40 mgs Winny daily for week7 bump to 50mgs Winny daily for week8 25 mgs Arimidex daily/every other day
Weeks 9,10,11
500iu HCG three times a week (1500iu a week total)
50 mg Clomid every other day (350mg a week total)
25 mg Arimidex every day
How are my ranges on the oils/orals? Am I in the ballpark? Too high to low?
Should I ditch the orals altogether and go longer with the oils since I'm basically doin a first cycle?
As I understand it, these are all fast acting- so frequent shots are necessary.
PCT OK? what should I change?
Lots of guys are using HGH - would that be a better fit?

I would suggest just going simple with it since you haven't cycled in a while, have pre-existing gyno, and have relatively simple goals. My suggestion would be this:
Week 1-6 .. Test E - 500mg/wk Anavar - 50mg/day Aromasin - 12.5mg/day Week 7-9 .. Test E - 500mg/wk Aromasin - 12.5mg/day Week 10-14 .. Test E - 500mg/wk Winny - 50-75mg/day Aromasin 12.5 mg/day
You could even do without the winny to be honest, and with mma you might not want to run it if it's rough on your joints.
HGH would be a great choice for you, but needs to be run for a while - will help with recovery, tendon and ligament strength and repair, and will do a lot to help you lose bodyfat while building muscle
I Like your original cycle test p and tren are a great cutting tool, with the lose dosages around 350mg it will help you keep your strength and allow you to lose fat without much or any water retnetion. Your cycle is almost an exact clone of my next.

I was kind of thinking that as well, its just that the tren and mast get such rave reviews I felt it imperative. Mabye I'll put them on ice for the next time around.
I noticed you put a little break between the orals and extended the cycle. I think I may do that, because without the Tren/Mast, I feel it would be a much more gentle, and enjoyable cycle. Reading up it seems many people have nasty sides from the tren.
Tren is probably gonna fuck with your cardio though, not good if you're gonna be fighting during this time
Was just about to say this. People report a noticeable loss in endurance/stamina for aerobic exercise on tren. Maybe he should do prop/npp if he wants some good cycling without any loss of endurance. Hell, 500-700mg of straight up test c will do a lot since he hasn't cycled for a long time.
