Hey bros, so I usually workout first thing in the AM, I pin every Monday/Thursday. Does it matter if I pin pre or post workout? I know some guys like to pin pre workout, but for a long esther like Test E, pinning pre workout shouldn't really matter.

I usually pin post workout, I use alot of prop and if I pin delts then train them after it can get uncomfortable.
Im glad someone ask this, I was wondering the same but just never posted up and ask anyone.
I pin my thighs.. and I've pinned preworkout and done deads and squats after.. it didn't hurt or anything.. so idk![]()
