Well i've been on test E @ 500MG for the past 4 weeks. I intended to bulk for another 8, but basketball is on it's away so i'm going to have to be lean as possible. anyways from here on out I will be running an 8 week cut with Test E @ 400mg EW just to maintain as much mass as possible. I will also be taking aromasin @ 12.5 MG ED to prevent bloat (will bump up if nessesary). anyways my questions are..
1. Is 400mg EW effective enough to maintain muscle mass during the cut?
2. With test, is it still possible to lose muscle mass during a cut?
3. If I do manage to keep all my muscle during the cut, how much lbs of fat would I need to lose to get down to 9%? (suck@math)
theres a mod named built in the diet forum, shes got links in her signature to help you with your diet
as far as maintaining mass on your cut with 400mg, im sure thatll be fine for keeping muscle, i know guys cruising on lower doses maintaining
400mg a week is fine to maintain and yeah you will lose a little mass when your dieting down and cutting but you will look good when your done with the cut. Just find a great healthy eating plan and what to eat and what not. Up the cardio drink plenty of water and check out that forum tha LB said
300mg of test is enough to keep muscle on a diet as long as your macros are all there. 400mg without the use of a AI will make you look worse due to the raised estrogen and all the water you will be holding.
IMO I'd use 3-350mg (350is high) of prop and a AI to keep water at a minimum.
