If you are still making natural gains i would wait, 21 is pretty young to start f'ing with hormones. You don't compete right?
haha true.
Its just that im tired of watching others outgrow me with only a few years of workout. im not small im gud enough but you know when someone is just growing to quickly. their is this one guy in particular. my friend and he our mutual friends and the funny thing is he uses viagra while in his cycle. and i have no idea why ? lol
My friend told me he says that it helps or else the testes would shut. lol thats the first time i have ever heard someone taking viagra and he is only 19.
thanks buddies. well so far im all natural and hope to keep it like this.
Still wish i was born a few years before i actually was so i could have started using aas lol.. Still i think i have got alot to bilk naturally
So buddies any advice on supplements ?
I just started using Cell tech hardcore and am also using met rx protein and am eating like a beast lol and working out like one aswell
i did used to take creatine monohydrate (prolab) and i wanted to try something new and a friend told me about cell tech. Its my first time using a muscle tech product and yes bro its overpriced.
i got 6.6 pounds for like 50$.
and for protein im using Met rx.
I used to use whey protein of ON. its the best out there but its very expensive and me being a student makes it dificult to keep buying it Bro which multi vitamins do you prefer ?
Kazi... I would spend a bit of your time researching in the Training forum. Maybe what you need to do is learn more about setting up a workout schedule and the right lifts to perform. Read everything that BUILT posts. I spend months in that forum and have to tell you I learned ALLOT. I studied "Baby got Back" and built a workout for myself around the principals they follow. I went from 245 to 265 in just about a year naturally and all my lifts went through the roof.
But lifting right will not get you there alone, you need to start documenting your food intake and dedicate yourself to getting enough calories, protein, fat and carbs into your system. Use FITDAY.com, you will appreciate it a few months from now.
Thanks mate , i think working out as long as i have ( not regularly ) but still still you learn alot. I have recently built a good workout for myself and im taking good note of my protein intake , calories intake aswell have gained 15 pounds in 2 months
I will still give it a go , its good to keep improving your knowledge.
Thanks a dozen mate

CellTech? I would spend the money on goats.
Men are measured by how many goats they have.
It's the same in the West as it is in Pakistan.
Post up pictures of your favourite goat

Eh don't concern yourself with other people's progress. There's no benefit in it. Work hard for 4 more years while improving your diet and then go for it. Steroids are the last piece of the puzzle and not the biggest one. Not jumping in too early shows you have a good head on your shoulders.
hahahaha well buddy i would keep in mind and would buy a goat rather than cell tech , but i have got dogs at home and they wouldnt let it be in piece lol
