Wondering if HCG has damaged my Leydig Cells

I ran a cycle with 500 mgs/wk Test E for 13 weeks, Tren A 50 mgs EOD for the last 8 weeks and EQ for 12 weeks at 600 mgs/wk. My HCG protocol was 1000 IU EOD for the last 3 weeks of my cycle with one week in between HCG and PCT. I'm five weeks into my PCT of clomid and arimidex. Is there a chance that my leydig cells have been damaged by the HCG? Because my testicles are still smaller than before cycle by a big amount.

That is a pretty short duration for HCG to cause ANY problems.
