    Sever pain in the knees

Need some help here.. Lastnight i had some crazy pain in the knees.. Not sure what its from.. Havent done a leg work out so i can rule that out..

i started a test e cycle 3 weeks ago @ 500 mg a week.. taking my arimidex .5 and milk thistle daily.. I am not sure why the pain is in the knees.. i havent done any running or anything that would stress the knees but this was some severe fuking pain! enough i could not sleep until i took 5 motrin.. This wasnt a normal pain though... Is there anything that you could recommend or maybe i need to be taking.. such as fish oil or any other supps?? thanks in advance guys..

Cut back your dosage of Arimidex to e3d or half the dosage and do eod. Seems like maybe a reduction in e2 might be causing joint pain.
