You should take it regardless, it's an amazing herb that truly protects your liver from all sorts of things. My liver enzyme tests usually come back on the high side, due to some meds i take, it's been like that for a few years. In August i started to take Milk Thistle, I just had blood work done. Lo and behold my liver tests came back at perfect levels! Even my Doc was surprised and quite happy for me.

Test E and Primo wont affect the liver enough to even worry about taking a liver protectant. Winny, Dbol, Drol, ya take bu not with that 6 week/weak cycle

6 weeks of primo and test-e? What made you decide this? The esters will barely kick in by the time you quit.

Yeah I would switch up your esters or lengthen your cycle. But milk thistle isn't really necessary IMO if you're not using orals

Try to get some Liv52 if you can, is better than milk thistle. Take it after you stop with orals.
