Hello everyone. I'm a complete noob; please be gentle. I would love to learn from all the knowledge on here. I'm hoping to get some help/feedback about doing my first cycle on HGH. I know that this has been discussed a ton, but since everyone is different I thought I should ask.
I just ordered some blue tops, first time to ever try anything of the sort. I was planning on doing 4iu's a day, two in the morning and two at night, 5 on 2 off, but don't know if that is best. I'm hoping to put on a few pounds of muscle while staying cut; is that realistic? I'm 31, 6'0, 185 and workout 5 days a week. More than willing and able to put the time in the gym to get the results. I'm planning on just using HGH along with my normal sups: creatine, cellucor P6, N.O., invincible, afterglow, protein. Should I, or do I need to add anything else?
Ideally, I would like to get to 195-200 pounds. My diet is super disciplined; lots of protein etc., but think I also need to up my intake. I'm thinking 2500 calories a day and 250g of protein?
Again, any help would be awesome.

It sounds like a cycle of gear and hgh may be what you are looking for. Realistically, I dont think you'll be able to gain 10-15 pounds on hgh alone.

What they said, hgh alone will help you stay lean and recover better at that dosage, but it's too low for much mass gain. Run a simple test cycle with it though and you'll get great results. Also 2500 cals sounds wayy low for your weight, especially on cycle.

Id suggest that you not pin before bed or too close to bed, this will shut down your natural production since we produce most of our hgh during sleep. Best time is right upon waking, and mid to late afternoon/evening.
Also its possible to have blood sugar issues due to increased igf, hgh drops my blood sugar to mid 20s which is deadly, if I pinned before I slept iwithout eating I could have went into a coma or something. Just be careful
Already some great feed back, thanks guys. I kind of knew/thought that gear would be the answer. I just felt that GH was overall safer, that’s the only reason I was considering running it by itself. However, if it is a waste of money/time to run it solo, I won’t.
Vibrant: Thanks for the link. I read up on it and that sounds pretty good. Is that the most basic/safest first cycle? Just enough to get my “feet wet” while putting on 10-15 pounds?
Digitalash: 4iu’s is too low for gains by itself, but is that enough if I run it on the cycle listed in “first cycle and pct”? How many cals would you suggest I take in? I’m an under eater, so just getting up to a clean 2500 is a battle for me, but I want to see some gains and am willing to cram it down.

I have enough GH to run for 125 days. I was planning on doing 5 on 2 off. Should I do ED instead? Is it okay to keep running the GH once the test cycle is done? Or should they start together and end together? The sticky also says to run test it for 8-12 weeks; should I split it and run for 10? That doesn’t seem very long. Following this cycle is there any PCT? I’m also currently taking some pretty pricey sups; any need to keep up on those while “on”?
LightBearer: Thanks for your feedback. I workout at 4pm. Would you recommend pinning 2iu’s right when I wake up and then 2iu’s right before the gym? Is it any better to do the two pins a day rather than all 4iu’s in the morning?

Not an expert but I think you might get better results upping your GH dosage throughout the cycle, finish it when you finish your pct. Gains from GH alone are very slow especially at that dosage, IMO you will probably get more out of it from the synergy between AAS/gh. Also yes up your calories and protein intake pretty signifigantly on cycle. My appetite's not so great either so really calorie dense foods help alot. Whole milk, peanut butter, olive oil, and protein powder make a great weight gainer shake, you can even add in some ground oats.
As for pct, you will need one for the test cycle but not the hgh. Heavyiron's sticky [in my sig] will cover everything for pct.

Awesome. Doing this cycle with the GH at or above 4iu's do you think 10-15 pounds will be the end result? I know its tough to say, a lot depends on diet, gym time etc. For a first time cycle I dont know if I would want to go over 15 pounds.

Yeah I think you could easily hit 10-15 pounds on test alone, more by the end of the cycle but you will lose some during pct. With the GH it's hard to say but I don't think 20ish is unrealistic. Depends on diet and how you respond to gear, training etc. If you want to keep fat gain minimal then you might gain less, but with the GH you should be able to get away with eating/gaining more while still staying lean.
Yes split hgh into 2 doses, first in morning, and before workout perfect.
You should work up to 4IU per day, throughout a week or a few days to see how ur body reacts to it

Growth needs to be run a minimum of a year Imo mabey 9 months but anything less is a waste imo for results.And Imo I do not think you can gains 20lbs of muscle in 4 months from growth i'm almost positive as ive ran growthh for years. And about 6-7 years ago I did run it alone at 5 ius for 9 months and had a perfect diet and trained right and I didnt get anywhere near 20lbs but from expereince and reading you dont gain alot of muscle from GH alone especialy at 3-4 ius for 4 months. Add a cycle and go on that cycle for 12 weeks stay on the gh take some time off from aas like 8 weeks recover then go back on a cycle and continue like this for a year while taking the GH. But your not going to gain alot of muscle on GH alone in 4 months.You will lose body fat and mabey a few pounds if your running GH lomger then 4 months.
Great feedback guys! I can’t tell you how much this has helped. I was dead set on doing GH by itself; now it seems pointless to. Per the suggestions and feedback, I am going to follow the first cycle detailed out by Heavyiron. I am going to run the GH along with it, mainly because it's already on the way. I've been looking around for the supplies needed in the cycle. Everyone has said to have everything in hand before starting. It seems so far that the Aromasin is extremely expensive. Do I understand that correctly? It seems like it's going to cost over 5k?
Aromasin is actually very cheap. You barely need any depending on the cycle dosage and compounds. Extreme peptides has it a pretty good price and you can always look with some PRECISION with non-sponsors selling it for even cheaper

I'm obviously confused on the math of it then. Can someone point out where I'm going wrong?
I'm reading that I would hypothetically need 10mg of aromasin a day during the 12 week cycle. That would be 70mg per week = 840mg for the 12 weeks. Then another 490mg for PCT. Altoghether needing 1330mg. The place I saw, had it available in 12.5mg, just barely enough for one day. I don't know what I'm missing but that still comes out to well over 5k.

Great advice, thank you. I just received my GH today. I still haven’t ordered any gear, but based on everyone’s advice, I will. Just curious though, why shouldn’t one run GH by itself? Since I have the GH first should I start that now, and then start gear when I get it? Or should they both be started at the same time?

hgh gains by itself would be a long road, and an expencive one. it would take months to notice fatloss, and possibly years to notice muscle gains at regular doese.
HGH works synergestically with gear, dollar for dollar youll have more keepable LBM gains by running it with gear, itll make your gear gans more keepable also. i forget how much gh u said you have, if you have like a years worth, why not start now while you wait for gear, but if you only have like 6months worth then id wait until you start the gear
