    Need advise on joint pain.

Never deal with joint pain unless I'm dealing with arimadex or letro. I'm in my mid 20s and currently finishing the first 5 weeks of Dbol in my cycle and my joints are killing me. Its just my elbows wrists and shoulders, I'm on the joint support sup made by optimum nutrition currently and its worked for years for me, well I took 1mg of a-dex to kill some gyno sides I was getting from dianabol 2 weeks ago, was taking 50mg Dbol a day. My test dose has only been 200mg a week, and is about to get ramped to 500mg per week and trenbolone ace added in at 100mg eod along with prami. My question is what the hell do I do to stop the joint pain other than the addition of low dose nandrolone which I am SERIOUSLY considering right now. And before someone starts bitching about mixing tren and deca, 100mg a week of deca is not going to give me gyno mixed with moderate dose tren. I've done it before and I am not prone to progesterone gyno AT ALL. Is there any way around having to add in Deca at this point because I'd like to add it in after I've done 6 weeks on tren and dropped the tren then finish my cycle up on the NPP which is short estered nandrolone as everyone knows. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks, Deity

can you get your estradiol checked to rule out low estradiol? sounds like either over training or low e2.

I only have issues when my estro is suppressed too low. And then it's typically relegated to my forearm tendons. You can always try cissus but its expensive and takes time to get a good effect. If low dose nandralone works and doesn't cause progesterone issues for you by all means do it. If Gyno symptoms are gone and you are done with the dbol I'd discontinue the adex and see if that helps before I add the 19nors.

He said he had to up the adex to get rid of some gyno symptoms. Drop the dbol dose so you can drop the AI dose. Sounds like you've smashed your E2 and your joints are suffering. What's your water intake like?

Ever consider switching to aromasin? 1mg ED of adex is pretty serious. Were u just getting sensitive nips?

fish oil (omega 3) 4 to 10 grams per day worked wonders for my ancient joints that I abuse with weights that are too heavy for them to support. I'm on 10 and feel great.

No I had a painful spot in my left pec which is the remainder of the gyno I had surgically removed, I took the 1mg to knock it out which it did, but screwed me in the process. Gonna try the fish oil thing and going to go ahead and break out the deca. And yeah I got some aromasin my last run with A-dex, don't like the estro rebound.
