You don't "need" HCG, I use use it because I don't like the feeling of my balls vanishing and I recover quicker.

Nolva only for emergencies. Use the AI throughout your entire cycle starting day one (some start a week before).

Clomid PCT: 100/100/75/50 (day 1&2 take 200mg) Start 2 weeks after your last injection. Good luck.

If i can afford hcg , than is it fine to use ? or is this not that heavy of a cycle to be used with ?
And also by AI u mean arimidex right ? and during cycle is 0.5mg a tablet per day enough ?
And shouldnt arimidex be used in PCT aswell ? Or is just nolva fine ?

is 25 and is mostly busy with studies at day time so he wants to start 1 , and asked me to

help with it therefore im asking here.

Hcg is optional but a great idea

you don't need both nolva and clomid for pct, use clomid and have nolva on hand in case of emergency

use arimidex/aromasin from day one, if you use aromasin continue it til the end of pct, if you use arimidex taper it down and then drop it 1-2 weeks before you finish the clomid

so arimidex is used between the cycles for the 12 week period and than after 2 weeks of last injection one should start clomid, during that 2 weeks should arimidex be kept using?

yeah use the arimidex during the two weeks leading up to pct and I would continue it for another week or so. It would be ideal if he/you could order some aromasin for your rats, extremepeptide carries it cheap , but I believe they're sold out right now. Arimidex can cause an estrogen rebound so you should stop it while you still have a serm in your system. Aromasin doesn't cause rebound and increases igf-1 levels so that would be your best bet, you can continue that all the way through pct and it will help your recovery. As for clomid dosage, 100mg for the first week and 50mg for the next three weeks should be plenty. Clomid can come with some side effects at higher dosages and taking more than necessary won't help any so stick to the lowest effectve dosage.

If possible I would just start with the arimidex and order aromasin as soon as they restock, switch to that about a week before pct and continue it all the way through

N hey i also generally wanted to know about clen ? i know what it does and is but still would love your opnion. and also when clen is stalked with ketitifen for fat burning purposes. thanks

Clen+diet+cardio works good. Haven't had a ton of experience with it but it definitely helps you drop fat. I'd get some taurine though and keep your water intake way up, shit gives me terrible cramps. As far as ketotifen, it's supposed to help downregulate your receptors allowing the clen to continue working, use the clen two weeks on/two weeks off for best results. I've heard benadryl also works in place of ketotifen, maybe not quite as well but much cheaper and easier to find.

I have read here people stacking test and dianabol with clen . what results does it give you ?
and dbol is heavy on liver specially it being an oral steriod , i was reading your post awhile back somewhere in which you wrote to take liv something for liver. that helps ?

depends on your goal, if you're not trying to cut you don't need clen

Liv52 is supposed to be one of the best liver supps. Personally I don't think you will need it but many will not agree. Keep your dosages on the low end and your run short and you'll be ok. Liver damage from orals is generally overhyped, and your liver can recover amazingly well. As long as you're not running halotestin for many weeks on end you'll be fine. You should be taking long breaks between cycles anyway so by the time you're ready to cycle again your liver will be fine.

Somewhat unrelated, but I think it demonstrates the point. I was looking up liver transplants, and they say even if you donate 2/3 of your liver to someone it will return to normal size in just a few weeks.
