In my opinion you should wait, but if you are not going to then you need to run at 10iu's per day for as long as possible. I would run longer then 6 months (hopefully you have deep pockets) You also need to run aas with it. I would wait.....

If you can run 4iu for 1 year + and you can include at least 2 cycles during this one year go ahead. It's gonna be costy but it should show decent lean gains.


Spend a couple handy on test and nolva and spend the other thousands you would be spending on gh on steak and chicken.

I don't understand everyones aversion to GH, particularly at a dose of 4iu's per day. I know a LOT of people (under the age of 25) who run between 3-6iu's ed and get fantastic results, specifically the fat loss, stuff shreds you up.

Hench, how long were you on GH before you noticed fat loss. Im running 4iu ed and as far as the gh itself is conderned, I dont notice much but my heart beats faster and i get a little bit of a rush from it. However, It has already increased fat loss for me because of the increase in endurance, due I guess to more oxygen in the blood or whatever you call that. I can hump out 3.5 miles on a tread mill like it aint nothing. Ive only been on it for less than a month. Stuff is good if its real.
I must also say that I am soon to be 32. I dont really think someone under 30 should mess with it. But hey, If I could have taken it back then, I prob would have, no matter what anyone said.
