It's BS. Don't waste your time with it....it does nothing for spot reduction. It's up there with the "HCG diet", IMHO. Just take oral clen and yohimburn ES topically.

Injecting yohimbine is going to give good uptake but its also going to go systemic pretty much immediately, therefore such injections are going to have a very minimal effect. Also, injecting clen can cause tissue apoptosis, and that will be muscle....not fat.

Clen has near 100% oral bioavailability, there is no reason to inject it. Just be careful with your dosing of clen, used wrong and it can cause some serious problems.

I don't agree. Helios is an awesome product, but needs to be used when you have very low body fat %. It's used as a last touch on some areas.
You can use it like this:

    Week 1: 0.5ml /ed
    Week 2: 1ml /ed

    2 weeks off

    Repeat

Its Yohimbine HCL not Yohimbe, Yohimbine hydrocloride is the syntetic version much purer and not comparable to Yohimbe. Beside that Helios conains other ingredients then listed like T3 and extra lidocaine. Actually Helios is injected only Sub-Q and for me it works pretty well.

Never had any luck with it, and I was at 7% bf. I also only used it sub-q...I prefer the topical method.

I suppose so, I've also read a few positive feedbacks on it. More negative than positive though. I used it a few times at the tail end of my cycles, but never noticed anything. Have you had luck with it for spot reduction, or for overall reduction?

Most of guys dream of "spot reduction of fat" actually it's impossible to target a specific area of the body for fat burning this is some kinf of helios myth.

Exactly, that's why in my first post I said it's BS and does nothing for "spot reduction" of fat.
