    40 year old Bro here any suggestions?

    Been lifting 10 years plus and never really taken a break, I just love it!
    Gains stopped after second year put on 50 Lbs all natural. So I'm bigger and stronger but the body fat has remained the same @ 19%. If I diet I just lose all over, basically shrink everywhere.
    My goals are to drop some BF and retain the muscle. Ran T-bol at 20 mgs ed for a week got headaches and nausea so I canned it. Made me feel ill.
    So got my hands on some Primo Orals I ran for a month but once I hit 80 Mgs a day started to get headaches and anxiety..which is weird. Anxiety?
    Like you feel all jittery and jumpy and worried. Didn"t like that at all.
    So I dropped it.
    Glad I didn't run any pins at least with orals when your testing its out of your system quickly.
    So am I fucked? Am I just sensitive? Thinking of trying so VAR this time around may stack with Low Primo 50 ed Var 30 ed?
    PB is borderline high but I would love to run some test. Affraid of the elevated PB at my age. Any suggestions? Anyone get Anxiety or headaches from Var?

    Take some Hawthorne Berry a couple of weeks beforehand and during the time you run any orals. That will help with BP and potentially fix the headache problem. As far as anxiety I don't know what to tell ya, never experienced it on or off cycle. Test should make you feel more at ease than anxious.

    Are you running any kind of PCT? You really need to do a proper cycle. Test only. Orals can be used to enhance a cycle, they are not to be used as a cycle.

    Keep protein at 1.5x your goal weight while you cut down. You will retain muscle mass. Var will help you retain muscle while cutting as well as taking HMB.

    Also aim to cut 500 cals per day off your maintenance level. This will put you at around -1-1.5lbs. per week of fat. Might take you a while to get down to 10% or so and you might lose a little strength but it's a good way to do it.

    Sounds like blood pressure issues!!! do you take BP meds?

    The anxiety is probably you mind reacting to severely high BP!!! I would ask your Dr. about possible heart or vascular problems before trying anything else!!! Not worth risking a stroke or heart attack, Brother!!! All AAS increase BP...

    No change in Blood Pressure I bought a portable machine a couple years ago.
    Its usually 130/70 no change on Primo and that was a big part for paying for and choosing Primo.
    Reason for orals was to test how I react, once you inject you're committed for duration, depending on the solution or ester.
    Plus my Bro got some bad test cyp and had the flu for 3 days. Thats some scary shit man.

    Guess it comes down to the individual and chemistry, maybe the anxiety is in my head? Who knows.. will try again in the spring.

    Frst you shuldnt be just doing orals a big no no. 2nd if your having headaches or if your blood pressure is high its mostl likely from the orals which can cause anxiety. How about do a proper cycle at your age and hop on some HRT from your doc

    ^^^try some cycle support and front load 2 weeks before cycle.did you ever run a full cycle or just testing out pills?

    oral's are not to be used by themselves. If you are 40 and don't know this then you need to do more reading! Bad on your liver etc. etc. Plus Primo sucks as an oral. You need to inject at least 500-700mgs to get any use out of it.

    Why not try a HRT dose of Test (200mg per week) and some Anavar. That shit is expensive to make. (var)

    And steriods will not make you lose fat. They help build muscle. You need to clean up your diet before taking anything. Anavar can help you not loose muscle while dieting. So maybe get to 10-12% and then use anavar and cut cal's.

    Look at my post above. You have to diet and keep protein high to save muscle. This is the correct way to lower BF while retaining LMM. I'm sure you konw all this already just takes some dedication and gym time.

    Thumbs up The Real Deal on Primo Orals

    Older bro here 40 years. Been lifting 10 years, the best gains were in the first 2 years and after that nothing really. If I ate more I got fat if I dieted I just lost all over.
    So after 10 years I figure its time to step up and get some help and regain my motivation. I've read more shit on oral Primo that I care to think about.
    All users saying 100 to 300 mgs ed for results. Well I can tell you that is bullshit.
    at 80 mg I was getting a little anxiety so I cut back to 50. 50mgs spread out though the day. Ran it for 8 weeks with a week off mid cycle.
    Heres what I can tell you, as a first time user 50 mgs ED works! Results start to show around 3 weeks. Your forearms, traps and tris start to pop. Your viens start popping up and at 4 weeks you strength goes way up.
    Over the years I have gotten bigger yes but the muscles have been smooth keeping the same shape. But with primo everything start to pop out. Its quality gains for sure. Primo acetate has no liver toxicity no high BP. And very little supression. Yes and you can run it alone all by itself test will amplify the effects but also amp the water and BP issues.
    Its costs more because it is the cleanest juice there is.
    If you older like me or a first timer spend the money and give it some time.
    Yes I said it Primo ace oral at 50MGs ed works. I"m up 8 lbs and the waist is down 1 inch.
    I will run it again in the spring 12 weeks for full effects.

    Here is my advice and i will post my before and after pics. It seemed to work for me quite well im in my 40s not quite 50 but im sure it will apply also.

    Before i touch on what works though i want to touch on the subject your brought up about shrinking and losing muscle. this is more of a mind fuck then what is actually happening to your body. You have been carrying a lot of body fat and water combined with your muscle for many years and what happens is when you put your clothes on they are tight and you look large in them.

    When you lose your fat the clothes make you seem very tiny and you look small in them, untill you take your clothes off and see that actually you more ripped and defined then before. You look better now with your clothes off. Your muscle is still there and actually looks better now, its just not mixed with a bunch of shit like fat and water now.

    Nothing that makes me more disgusted at my gym then seeing fat guys with there sleeves rolled up. lol wtf do they think they are showing off. how much pancakes and sugar then can consume, im not impressed and certainly the ladys are not impressed. telling me you pay no attention to your diet and rolling your sleeve up is as bad as overweight women wearing cut off shirts and having huge bellys hanging out. That is not muscle that is globs of fat.

    When i was fat i was ashamed and covered that shit up!

    Here are my june 1 photos and me at start of sept, down 60 pounds of fat and up 10 pounds of muscle. I did this on 250 test a week as my only supplement.

    3 month transformation

    Diet is your key, you can do cardio for hours a day and until your diet is on lockdown your either wasting your time or seeing little changes. Eat good sun to thurs very strict 500 calories under your maintenence. then on fri and sat to reset your mind and body eat whatever the fuck you want. just dotn get to stupid. keep it in moderation. I precook all my chicken or steaks on sunday for the whole coming week in advance.

    I prefer doing 1 pound of protein per LBM. pay attention to that last part. its not bodyweight, because that can fuck the diet up. Personally i think 1.5 per lbm is just to much your either cutting or buiking not both. So if your cutting you want to maintain or slightly grow while maximizing fat loss at the fastest rate possible. going 1.5 will slow your progress by adding uneeded calories.. You will not lose any muscle and if you do its very little. Can always be put on later when the fat is gone. Cutting for long periods is a real mind fuck by going 1.5 per day your turning a 2 month transformation cut into a 4 month cut. thats fucked up!

    Eat a huge breakfast, yes huge even if your cutting. From there your jacked with energy for the day and at that point you keep your meals small and lesson them throughout the day. Keep carbs low but dont elminate them. Eat your carbs at breakfast, then also add some just after your workout. then cut them off for the day.


    Keep a food journal this is probably the most important thing of all WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!! Every piece of food that goes in your mouth must go in here. There are so many things a food journal does for you i would need a whole separate topic just to cover it.

    Weigh your food to learn your calories, after a couple of weeks you dont have to do it anymore because you know roughly how much it is.

    Eliminate television from your life, besides the internet for news and all other things is 1000 times better. everytime you find yourself wanting to watch tv go for a walk. most of my cardio was walking i walked alot. Do your normal weight lifting routine but expect a slight strength loss over the months its expected from the lower calories just accept it. Personally i dont even look at how much weight i lift or even have a clue. im a bodybuilder not a powerfliter i lift what will change my body the way i want it to look, so i lift how im feeling that day. If im feelign super strong then ill lift alot that day.

    Pic a goal photo of someone you want to look like when your done cutting put it near your fridge or pantry to remind you not to reach for shit in those cubboards.

    For maximun fat loss combined with walking add cardio at moderate pace. i never went hard im to old and would get sore the next day or mentally burnt out if i pushed to much. i need to make sure i keep coming back. I like to mix up the machines every day and would also spend time swimming to keep it fresh.

    Best of luck, your success lies in the kitchen you will be ripped and proud in no time.
