hey i know its the wrong forum but i really need some advice.
im 5'5 72kg and 21 years old. im a filipino. i lift seriously..its my passion. i've lifting for 4 years but i've been doing it seriously and properly for the past year. i started doing sustanon 250 2months ago..i did 500mg divided to 2 shots a week for 8weeks. i gained 10kg in the 2month peroid...unfortunately some of it was fat.
my question is...should i do a pct? clomid? i've gotten fat from my bulking (kinda disappointed with the fat on the abdominal area)...should i continue bulking for 2 more months? or should i do my cutting program now. i was thinking of doing another cycle of sustanon but now with winstrol..but i'm not sure when and how.
i live down south of the philippines man and information about these stuff comes really hard...roids are such a taboo here.
i'm really confused about what to do and i'm desperate from some GUIDANCE.
