wazup guys...im filipino, 21 years old, 72kg 5'5. i just finished doing 8weeks of sustanon 250 (the propionate, pehnylpropionate, isocaproate and decanoate blend). i did 500mg a week...2 separate doses,250 each (mondays and thursdays). may last shot was last week...sept.15,2011.

You can start your PCT 3 weeks after your last pin.
I would do Clomid like this:
100/50/50 (3 weeks), there's no need to overdo it.

Did you run any AI like Arimidex, Aromasin etc.? It might be a good idea to run Aromasin in your PCT as well.
Also start using Vitamin C at 3000 mg a day (1000 @ wake up) to help fight cortisol.

No it can't. There are studies where people used 3-10g of Vitamin C for like 10 years and it did not result in kidney stones. Bump it up to 3g. Just drink alot of water every day (1 gallon minimum, I'm always getting 2 gallons).

Yeah you can. But AI would be nice addition. Aromasin 25/25/12.5mg a day or so.

I can't decide for you. It doesn't make sense to use chemistry if you don't make longterm plans. If you don't know everything about nutrition, chemistry and training, I would skip it.

Off time between cycle should be your on time + pct, so that's in 14 weeks.
