Was the bottle flipped over since you were drawing the last bit of oil? If that's the case, no problem cause the movement and pressure while drawing probably caused oil to come out of the stopper due to the needle hole.
This morning I was in the middle of drawing my Test E. As I was drawing, I noticed that the rubber stopper was getting wet and a SMALL amount of Test was leaking from where I put the pin in the vial. It wasn't dripping or anything, just made the rubber stopper completely wet.
I'm assuming this is from the multiple pins to the rubber stopper as I probably only had 2-3 more draws out of my vial before it was empty.
I sterilized the rubber stopper before putting the pin in, with this small amount of "test condensation," should I just pitch the vial and chalk it up to a loss? Or you guys think I'm gtg?

Probably a pressure build up is side since you pushed air in and had not drawn the liquid out yet. Extra pressure pushed a little oil out and it just fine. Clean with alcohol and repeat the process many more times!!!!
