    What got you to start your first cycle?

    Just as the title states really,

    Was it dreams of competing, vanity, a plateau?

    Was it something you didn't hesitate about or were you reluctant?

    Did you hit your dream goal or did it change?

    I'm currently still in my research phase planning to run my first at the first of the year, just figured I'd like to hear some thoughts on why everyone else did

    I personally want to more for myself than anything, I have a girl that doesn't understand, and no real reason other than I've always wanted the arnold like build

    Sorry if its a repost, but I didn't know what to search for and I figured this would be an interesting

    being stuck at the same weight/plateauing for a couple years
    gains come slow for me, i researched for a while, decided to do var only, posted questions about the cycle and bros said you need to do test forget about var only

    i dont want to compete, or bench more than you, im in it for the aesthetics really.
    plus i enjoy lifting weight

    I wanted the edge. Not to compete, not to win a sports game. Just to be better than others, and better than I was. I never bought in to the negative campaign that has been waged against aas. So really, it never seemed like something I should'nt be using. So why not make yourself better than you could ever imagine?

    Much like LightBearer I was tired of the slow gains. Things weren't popping and clicking like they did in my first couple years of lifting so I researched for almost another year while running a bunch of PH cycles. I realized that what I was doing at the time was 10x worse than real gear so I said what the hell, ran Test E and loved it. I didn't even think twice about it.

    Some dude I became friends with in the gym. He was on gear, and pushing heavy weight with good size. I wanted in!!!!

    old age, and after 20 years of lifting a final plateau I just could not break. I tried training changes,diet changes, nothing did it. found out my test was dropping. So after 2 years sitting on a plateau I am progressing again. I honestly never would have done it if I was able to gain ground without it. Sucks getting old.

    After a decent natty cut I lost some strength and decided to use AAS to regain it and more. Not concerned with adding a ton of size just wanted my strength back and a little size. Never had an issue or problem with drugs in the past so there was no hesitance when I found them.

    i stated because i was getting into competition and want to become a pro bber by 2015. i knew there was no way around it and i want to step on o stage one day. i know i will, as i am living it now!! cant wait

    so hit the gear and never turned back

    Interesting to hear a few different perspectives, i guess my reasoning would fall right in line with a couple of them....

    Slower gains than I'd like, tried the ph cycles, vanity, and just to be better. I know I push myself hard enough every day and eat right, I just want a build that I'm not anywhere near haha

    One word, pussy. Was 18 when I started ( WAY too young!!). I started working out at 16 and met some guys in the gym who were "big".

    Being able to peel the shirt off and girls rubbing you was awesome. The local under 21 club also had a "Best Chest" for the guys to enter. Fun times.

    after years of traning i plateaud, then after i got on i wanted to see how big i could get. at my biggest i was 205 lbs, 11% bf. im on my way there again

    well because i had finasteride-induced hypogonadism. used to take fina way back years ago but i realized it did more harm than good.

    my first cycle was more than a year ago. i missed that great feeling - stamina, energy, mood and sex drive. by next month i will start with a lifelong journey of TRT.

    Whats up bros? New here on the forums been lurking awhile and never really posted but I guess I want to get active on the site now. Im about 6'2 and 235lbs now but when I started lifting I was a measley 160lbs. I was your average scrawny long neck white boy who had aspirations of getting big but never really put the effort in.

    My grandmother died a few years ago and I just said screw it, you never know how long you have here so if you want something go for it. I decided to train hardcore naturally for a few years and put on a good 20 25 lbs. I decided I wanted to get bigger so onto the test train I went. I dont want to compete but I would like to see how much bigger I can get on the juice. I know people look down on us and say" your cheating" but i you guys are like me we train our ass*s off harder than most natural guys.

    If you want to get a certain size or to a certain level in this game "natural" can only take you so far. For some people aas are not the way too go but for me its the decision I choose to do. Sorry for the long post bros just wanted to introduce myself and express my opinion. Later.....

    I started during my time in USMC when we did an East Pak float. A couple of us from my plt hopped on some test e w dbol kick, winni finish. really was looking to help me get into lifting more. now im obsessed and itching at my next cycle, though wasnt going to be til 2012, im thinking of running a simple test n some oral to pack some size on before my 1st GH run. 2012 lets hope the world doesnt end first LOL

    first off welcome but start a forum under members start here section and post a introduction quick and simple idk about others but i dont wanna hear ur life story and shit in your introdution and first couple posts. then after you do that head over into the other specific threads such as anobolics/diet/fitness and ask you specific more detailed question their... youll get a lot more responses but welcome and your opinion is aprechiated in here ...
