#1-80 days sustanon 250 mg EOD and this is my first cycle
#PCT starts at 100th day: clomid/Nolva pct
#AI on hand if got gyno/bloat problems
#I will be eating around 4000 cals 40/40/20 divided into 5 meals
#my goal is to gain lean at least 20 LBS of muscle.
#training 4x week

is there a reason you chose sus for your first cycle as oppose to test e for example? AI should be used on cycle. it really isnt a just in case for gyno. i like aromasin. and nolva really isnt good for pct, thats what you keep around in case of gyno. aromasin and clomid for pct, imo
Actually not a bad set-up.
Couple of things, test may be a touch high, try 200mg EOD. You'll also need to run your AI from the get go, play with the dose once things are in full swing to access your sensitivity to aromatisation. Dont use Nolva for PCT, just Clomid. Save it for itchy nips.

1. sustanon here is human grade and quite cheap .. its legit 100%
2. i don't mind pinning me eod,it will kickin earlier
3.hence no need for orals
4.i will be using arimidex thro'out the cycle ..i will adjust my dose acc. to need.
diet is good,hope to add 10kg's into my frame



If it's human grade sust, I would dose it at no more than 150-200mg eod for a first cycle. You will see good gains off that if training and diet are good.

80 days is an odd number dude, how did you come up with that? I'd just make it a round 12 weeks, that will be plenty of time to achieve your goals.
I see what you mean about the amps, though you could just crack a few of them open and pre-load the syringes, allowing for a slightly lower dose. Up to you though.
Yeah defo save the tren, no need for that yet. Run the adex from day 1 and I think you're G2G, your results with obv be dictated by diet and training .

20 lbs of muscle is a lot to expect. You should be more realistic. And save the tren for a while until you have had several cycles experience to learn how your body responds to these compounds.
