I've searched on a few key words and didn't find anything that directly addresses my question/situation so I wanted to pose it. I am a 45 yo male who's cycled in the past (both prohormones and AAS). For many years, I was a hard gainer and my weight, while increasing on cycle, always stayed around 175 and never got above 185 (I'm 6'2"). My BF% was always somewhere in the neighborhood of 14-16%. I have also suffered from depression as long as I can remember, but was never medicated properly until now. However, the medication I am taking now, while finally addressing my depression, has caused significant weight gain and is known for causing weight gain in most people who take it (it's an atypical anti-psychotic, think Seroquel/Geodon). I'm around 215 now and my BF% has increased to roughly 25%. I have cycled during this time and probably 10 of the 215# was added from cycling.

It seems like no matter what I do, I cannot reduce my BF%. I'm not doing bulking cycles either (mostly Test-E 500 mg week and EQ 400-600 week). I work out about 4 times a week, mostly weights and very little cardio.

Anyone else run into this problem? Anyone found a way around it? I really don't mind the weight I've gained - I always wanted to be able to gain wieght. I would just like to turn more of it into lean muscle and rid myself of some of the BF.

Thanks, in advance, for your help.
