    what to do between cycles

    kinda bummed out since my first cycle is over. got a good pct going but just wondering what do yall try to refine during your wait time until next run. wanna keep my gains on appearance and strength.

    some people like to bridge with 10-20mg dbol, others like to creatine and glutamine load off cycle.....both methods work......

    i suggest to be off AAS so your body receptors got clean as much ASAP.

    Look into running some peptides. They can be a lot of fun, and I actually made pretty decent gains off GHRP-6 and CJC-1295.
