cialis 25 mg e3d
any suggestions on how to lower my bp and headaches.also this is my 11th week on test/eq and my 5th week on test/eq/tren
Lol, I like how you called all the aas you're taking as "supps". Eq raises rbc count, so you should go get your hemocrit levels tested, that may be the reason your bp is high. If they are high, all you have to do is give some blood.

That's not a high enough bp to cause headaches. those are normal numbers for exercising. The normal response for systolic during exercise is to go up to as high as 200. the normal response for diastolic during exercise is to either stay the same or decrease slightly.
I Still dont think that's high enough to cause headaches, but it's high enough to warrant doing something about it. They call hypertension the silent killer cause it is generally symptom free until it gets really high.
I can't comment on how it will affect your bp. I'm sure it won't hurt to give it a try and see if it helps bring your bp down. I've just never seen someone get symptomatic from a bp at that level and I see a lot of patients w hypertension.
Additionally, I've recently had some bp problems From running tren and was getting headaches from it. I dropped the tren, bp went back to normal, but the headaches have persisted. I was also taking caber, and I'm wondering if this is maybe a side from the caber. I just stopped the caber, hopefully the headaches go away. Maybe someone else can chime in on this.

My guess would be the caber! Keep us informed and updated whether the headaches stop from not taking Caber!
i have wrked out the last couple of days and no headaches.insteas of taking .25 mg of caber twice a week i dropped the dose to .10mg and see where that goes from there.i didnt know if it was the caber or cialis but from what everybody is saying its leaning more toward caber
caber gives me a stuffy nose and sometimes a feeling of sinus pressure so maybe that's it
in other news, I was at the hospital the other day for my shoulder and they did the normal blood pressure test. The nurse didn't say anything about it and I didn't get a good look but I think my bp was around 130/94 , I really didn't know what normal bp is supposed to be but I looked it up and that is not good right? I'm not on cycle but I'm cruising at around 300mg E per week

An optimal bp should be less than 120 for systolic, and less than 80 on diastolic. And if you were in pain, that could cause your bp to go up. Or, just being in the hospital can do it for some. Multiple measurements at home is the best way to diagnose it.
Yeah I can definitely tell my pulse goes up whenever they try to measure it lol, so I'm assuming my bp is not normally that high. I'll have to get a home bp monitor though and check it out just in case
yea the bp is high but nothing dangerous a normal is 120/80 but can elevate with strenuous activity as you know. I would research everything that you are taking a rule them out 1 at a time.
