    lol pinning and not doing it right is my worry not hte needle or anything like that. we all gotta die somtime everything happens for a reason if i pin and my insites explode it was my time but i jst wanna make sure i dont do somthng that can be avoided.

    Absolutely correct. You can still aim for the ass cheek, but make sure it's in the upper outside corner. Evidence showed that when the injection was jabbed right into the cheek, trauma to the sciatic nerve caused extreme pain and even numbness in the area. Even if you are a muscular person, the chance of hitting it is still high.
