    winstrol help

    So I don't know enough about winstrol to go out and make a buy yet. I want yo use it for swimming. I am lean 5'10, 170lb, 22 10%body fat give or take a percent. I think winstrol would be good for what I'm looking for (strenght and speed but not size gains) but I'm not sure how to take it. People say to stack it with something else so my question is what and how should I stack these together? Any help is greatly appreciated, as you can all tell I'm very new at this.

    For starters, you need test in all cycles. Winny alone is not a good idea.

    Winny works well for some swimmers, but not all. I swim every morning, and when I run winny, I put myself through a lot of pain as my joints dry up. I cut my laps in half. You are basically using every joint in your body when swimming, and this can be problematic for some. Better of with var, IMHO.

    Ok so in regards to this, what would I need to stack with var to work properly for what I'm looking for?

    test, at least 250mg imo but closer to 500 would probably be better

    read the sticky, "First cycle and PCT", very serious you'll learn a TON from that. It's on the previous page at the top of the anabolic zone. As for an oral I think var would be better, or maybe even halotestin. Halo is known for insane strength gains with little to no weight gain. Test will put weight on you if you're eating enough but at a low dose like 250mg it'll just keep your energy/mood/libido up and maybe some extra strength/recovery

    If your lookin for streght and speed not size.... Low dose test say 300mg with halo or tbol would be your best choice.

    Primo depot or EQ would be better for your goals, as Winny is pretty hard on your joints and connective tissue. And you will need some sort of androgen replacement b/c both of these compounds will shut down natural test production.

    Ok so as previously mentioned I am very new to this so bare with me. "VAR" I assume is short for the full name or a product. What is the full name and what are the benefits and downsides in relation to the winstrol previously mentioned? I know of joint pain and have heard of some tissue problems, does the " var" not have this issue?

    Var is anavar. It's a very good, albeit slightly expensive oral that helps add strength and slow lean mass gains altho it's diet dependent really. It doesn't have many sides like winstrol which causes bad lipids and dry joints. ANavar also helps reduce fat slightly. IMO tho, I think low dose test is the best. It ur afraid of needles, don't even consider any aas.

    Primo is good but really fkin expensive. Eq has some hunger drawbacks. 300-500 test + turinabol or anavar is probably ideal for swimmers without breaking bank.

    Var at a high enough dose to cause strength gains will add weight.... Low dose test with a clean diet will not, orals to use would be halo and tbol or winni in high doses! My norm when I use winni is 200mg ed for 2-3 wks leading up to a comp... Lol, works very well.when I was in the 220 class I was not lookin for more size.

    I'm posting this in the thread (PM response) for beginner reading/reference.


    First of all, testosterone is the actual drug you will need. It's a synthetic man-made version and it can be found in the following forms:

    name - active life
    no ester, aka TNE (test no ester) - less than 8 hours
    propionate - 1-2 days
    cypionate - 1-1.5 weeks
    enanthate - 1-1.5 weeks
    undecylate - months

    When you use testosterone injections, you have only 3 real avenues to pursue.

    1) pre-workout injections - TNE
    2) every day or every other day injections (ed or eod) - PROPIONATE
    3) weekly or bi-weekly injections - ENANTHATE or CYPIONATE

    Since you're new to AAS, i recommend using testosterone cypionate or enanthate which are best injected twice a week. For example, monday and thursday. You'd do 300mg per week using the advice from usealittle (smart guy) and split it up into two shots a week at 150mg per short. Usually, testosterone cypionate and enanthate are dosed at 250mg/ml so to do an injection of 150mg, you'd only need .6ml per shot of test e or test c.

    Testosterone cypionate and enanthate are almost identical and come in a variety of different names. Cypiobolic, enaline, etc. etc. Just look for the chemical names when you buy. I recommend buying from board sponsors.

    If you don't want to gain mass with var, you have to keep the dosage pretty low. Probably around 50mg per day split into 25mg AM, 25mg PM. Even that might have you gain some weight. I recommend turinabol like usealittle said instead of anavar because anavar is good at putting on some muscle (lean mass with very little bloat). Turinabol gives solid strength and unless you dose it really high, very little mass. Don't use halotestin in my opinion because you won't gain weight on it, but it fucks up livers faster than anything else, winstrol included. Although oral steroids are nothing compared to chronic alcohol abuse so when we say it fucks you up, we're kind of overexaggerating.

    Turinabol:

    In the athletic arena, an effective oral daily dosage falls in the range of 15-40 mg, taken in cycles lasting no more than 6-8 weeks to minimize hepatotoxicity. This level is sufficient for measurable increases in lean muscle mass and strength. This agent is most often applied as a pre- contest or cutting steroid for bodybuilding purposes, and is not viewed as an ideal bulking agent due to its lack of estrogenicity. Athletes in sports where speed tends to be a primary focus also find strong favor in chlorodehydromethyltestosterone, obtaining a strong anabolic benefit without having to carry around any extra water or fat weight.
