For starters, you need test in all cycles. Winny alone is not a good idea.
Winny works well for some swimmers, but not all. I swim every morning, and when I run winny, I put myself through a lot of pain as my joints dry up. I cut my laps in half. You are basically using every joint in your body when swimming, and this can be problematic for some. Better of with var, IMHO.
