Don't inject in the muscle u train that day. I do shoulder/tri, legs, chest, back/bi so my injection is usually glutes, delts, legs where I inject he muscle worked the day after I use it. Im doing Ed injections to so I have to rotate like a motherfker -_-
I get bd delt and quad pain so I don't inject in them if I plan to use that muscle group within 2-3 days. My glutes do not limit my workouts.

Got advice to inject the muscle I train on the certain day to move oil etc..
however when I injected my arm on arm day...
I could not push to the max rep bc pain in the inject site
Is there a better way to go about injections in relation to workouts?
Someone gave you some stupid ass advice then bro.
I have done sites with TNE preWO but unless you are using whatever AAS to stiulate targeted tissue growth just don't inject the muscle group you are going to work. Pretty simple.
Most AAS have esters atatched to them, this is going to take your body time to break down and give you a more steady stream of the drug...moving the oil has nothing to do with the drug being released.
