    difficulty sleeping on cycle..

so i'm 1 week into my first cycle (prop), and noticed from since day 3 or 4 that its really hard to fall asleep.
my sleep has shifted up a few hours each night since then.
    7am now and i haven't slept.
my body and brain just wants to stay up.

what do you guys do to deal with the sleep issues?
    thanks.

I had issues in the beginning, but they got better for me. I never took any drug to help me sleep. If time doesn't work you can always try melatonin, or a prescription drug like ambien.

Solid advice right here. If melatonin doesn't work, I would look into Rozerem. It's like melatonin, but 10X stronger. You need a script though...try this before jumping to ambian/benzos or opiates.

Rozerem is a very safe product to use that isn't habit forming. Works wonders for most, does nothing for some. I had no sides with it either. There are dozens of other options, but try the ones that are better for your health first. Avoid benzos at all costs though...you don't want to get hooked on that shit. Good luck!

I've always been a night person but test makes me want to stay up forever. Melatonin and bud do help but I've kinda just gotten used to it, I don't seem to need nearly as much sleep so I feel fine getting 5-6 hours most nights. I don't know what it is, I drank for the first time in a while the other night, went to sleep like blackout drunk, woke up 5 hours later feeling fine? Used to be I would get hungover from like 5 beers and sleep for 10 hours, can't say for sure but I really think it's the test lol

i had really bad trouble getting any sleep at all the first week or 2 of my cycle. after the first pin, every time id start to fall asleep i would get this weird ass brain zap/shock. it got to the point where i was afraid to go to sleep bc of this
im sure a lot of it had to do with anxiety, but im pretty sensitive to drugs and i could def feel the test in me shortly after first pin

benedryl and melatonin usually work for me but in beginning of my cycle they just made me more sleepy but i couldnt actually sleep, i had to wait it out
be careful with benzos and shit, my brother is a dopehead zombie bc of valum

I do something similar to this, good thing is your tolerance will go down as quickly as it will go up, in my experience anyway.
