T3 /thyroid opinion
Just curious if anyone else is hypothyroid and if you've used T3 to help and what dose?
I'm already on thyroid meds for the rest of my life (according to the docs ive been to..a total of 4). Ive tried every type of med available and currently on naturethroid 2x a day (small amount of t3). My blood work is always within range so the docs refuses to up my dose - even though none of symptoms will go away.
Thinking of buying a bottle of t3 and trying 10mcg 4x day. Firgure the worst that can happen is my thryoid messes more and they just increase my dose to compensate.
Thoughts?

Don't think you need to take it 4x a day. A daily dose of 50mcg-75mcg does wonders for me. The pharma grade stuff is pretty cheap so I'd start there.
