    My log

    My previous cycle was Prop/NPP/TPP and had great results. Have always wanted to try Tren so now is the time. Going to run Prop/Mast/Tren for 8 weeks and looking to gain lean muscle while dropping BF. Completed last cycle in late May and have been on a bulk for the last 16 weeks eating pretty much everything. Current stats: age 41, 5'11" around 260lbs at 15%BF. Was down to 12-13% during last cycle, but the bulk added. Just coming off 8 days off from lifting after going 12 weeks straight, so going to start the workouts off a bit slow.

    Planned cycle:
    1-8 Test P 75mg/ed
    1-8 Mast P 75mg/ ed
    1-8 Tren Ace 50mg/ed
    Aromasin @ 12.5mg EOD Throughout Cycle, and PCT
    Caber @ .5mg Twice Weekly Through out cycle
    HCG @ 250iu weeks 3 - 8

    Day 1
    Pin went in smooth and no blood in aspiration or after pull out. No pain, but about 2 hours later I felt the Prop for sure. Had good workout and pushed a bit harder than I normally would coming off a week or so off.

    Reverse Grip Bent over rows - wu - 100x12, 135x10 - 185x8x3 sets
    Close Grip Cable Rows - wu - 100x12, 130x12 - 150x10, 180x10, 200x10

    Day 2

    Had to be onsite at a client at 7AM for work so forced to take shot before I left at 4:45AM. Second shot into Rt. shoulder and again no blood or pain during injection. Also took my first dose of Aromasin at 12.5mg.

    Major issues at client site so did not get home until after 9PM so hitting the gym was out. Ate clean all day, just not as much as I would have liked since its tough to tell a client paying money for your time that your stopping to eat every 2-3 hours.

    Tomorrow will be quads and bi's, should be fun.

    Day 3

    So today was day 3 of the Tren ride and today we shot into left Quad. No issues with injection and absolutely no pain, even a few hours later and after doing quads in the gym. Not feeling anything as of yet, so question to those Tren/Mast experts out there is about when should I start feeling these esters kick in? Also took first dose of .5mg Caber and will do that twice a week for entire cycle.

    Todays Workout was Quad's and Bi's.
    Quads:
    Seated Leg Press - wu 200x12, 290x12, 380x12 - 650x8x5 sets
    Hack Squats - 200x8x3 sets
    Leg Extensions - 90x12, 115x10, 140x8x3 sets
    Seated Calf Raises - 140x10x5 sets

    Bi's:
    Preacher straight bar curls (wide) - wu 30x12, 40x12x2 sets - 70x10x5 sets
    Preacher EZ Curl (close) - 90x8x2 sets
    Standing DB curls - 50x8, 45x10, 40x12

    Thanks renohawj for posting. Not going to post any pics. I work for a very large global company and don't have any desire to loose my job. Besides, this is not a competition, so I have no reason to lie about where I'm starting from or how it ends, just gonna be honest.

    And any sides I come across will definitely be posted and asked about.

    Good luck on your cycle bro. The test/tren/mast is a really popular cycle. If diet and training is good, you should cut up very nicely.

    Day 4
    Today was a non-workout day, so I just did some cardio and light ab work. Shot in right quad today and had no pain at all. Also included 2nd dose of Aromasin as that is being done EOD.

    After 4 doses, I am not really experiencing anything, although I did feel like I was a bit warmer during the day while driving in the car. Found that I was dropping the AC down in the car or even opening the windows while driving. Just uncomfortable, not sweating through my shirt or anything. Sleeping pattern has not changed as of yet. I usually wake up every night around 1AM or so to take a piss.

    I'm traveling next week on business, and what I did was contact my hotel and got instructions on shipping myself a package because I have no desire to pack gear in my luggage. I filled all my pins, wrapped in shrink wrap, wrapped in duck tape, placed in a sealed bag and then in a box. Praying it arrives and nothing is broken.

    Day 5:

    So pinned earlier today and went back to the left delt I started with the first day. This time, no pain during injection or a few hours after. I did start to feel a couple of weird things today, so I figured I would ask.

    1. I found that my legs that I worked on Wednesday, as well as my calves, hurt like hell. More so than when I go heavier, and I didn't even squat.

    2. Did Back and shoulders today and I feel a much better pump in those areas than normal. I also get this tingling feeling like the muscle is growing, but I think that might just be mental.

    3. About an hour after my shot this morning I got this very mild headache. Did not affect my workout, just a bit spaced out at times.

    Workout was Back and Shoulders today:
    Back:
    Wide Grip pullups - BWx6x5 sets (weighed in today at 257)
    Chin ups - BWx8x4 sets
    Wide Grip Front pulldowns - 210x8x3 sets
    Wide Grip Rear Lat Pulldowns - 170x10x3 sets

    Day 6:

    Shots are going well. Today I had to pin and also took 12.5mg aromasin and .5mg Caber. That mild headache I had yesterday was probably related to allergies since I took a pill last night and woke up fine. But I do feel like I am keeping my pumps longer and staying harder.

    Today's workout was Ham's and Tri's with some Ab work
    Hamstrings:
    Deadlifts - wu 135x12, 225x10x2 sets - 450x5x5 sets
    Seated Leg Curls - 110x12x2 sets, 130x10x3 sets
    Lying One-legged Curls - 25x8x3 sets

    Tri's:

    Going to be traveling on business all next week leaving tomorrow morning, so I am going to have to make due with finding a gym or using what the hotel has.

    Days 7 - 13

    Well was away on business and shipped my pre-loaded pins to my hotel without any issues. For the week I simply did allot of cardio and the hotel gym and some machines and light DB so I kept busy with those while away.

    I'm just about 2 weeks into this cycle and have to say I have no sides to speak of. Sleeping has been fine and not waking up with any night sweats. Have not found myself any more aggressive than usual either.

    On the flip side, I do feel much fuller, leaner, and it shows in the mirror. I will officially weight myself tomorrow morning to report in. Cant really say anything about strength as of yet since I really did not get a chance to push to hard at the hotel gyms.

    Day 14

    Today I started 250iu's of HCG twice per week along with my 75mg Prop/ 75mg Mast and 50mg Crystal Tren Ace. Injected into left delt and no blood when I aspirated, but got a pretty small river after pulling the pin out. No bruising or pain so no worries.

    Weighed in this morning at 257, and that is after eating 3 days of Texas BBQ while away on business last week. Damn that shit was good!!! As I stated in my posting yesterday, not really feeling anything from this cycle as of yet. I know the Prop is good since I used the same stuff on my last cycle that I stacked with NPP/TPP and had great results. So one question I would have to those that have run a similar stack before is when does that "kick" happen? No loss of sleep, no sweats, no cough and my aggression is pretty tame. I got all my gear from my same source who I trust, so maybe I'm just expecting to much to soon. I was thinking this would be the week when things would happen.

    Anyway, down the todays workout which was Back and Chest:

    Day 15

    Went to the Monday night game last night and yes, I had a couple of watered down MetLife stadium beers. Man was my stomach a fucken mess this morning from that shit. Have had a splitting headache all day and the runs.... those are NO FUN!!!! Glad we won, but our offense still SUCKS BALLS!!!!

    Anyway, shot 15 today and nothing out of the ordinary. Left quad shot with no issues. Wondering if I'm running the Tren dose to low (50mg ED) as I really was expecting to feel more from this by now. Anyone want to chime in when they felt that "kick" from Tren?

    I attempted to do Legs and Bi's today, but after almost shitting myself leg pressing and then throwing up after extensions I just went home ashamed of myself like a little girly!!!

    Legs:

    So woke up this morning with a cold and just really pissed off. I think its starting to kick in!!!

    Today I took normal pin in left delt and then .5mg caber and 12.5mg Aromasin

    Returned to the gym today to finish up yesterday's workout

    Thanks for following. As I said after the first week, I felt harder and the muscles that I worked felt more sore as if they were being ripped apart and rebuilding with more intensity. I guess weird to describe. But with all the research I did I was expecting allot more of the sides. I know many guys say that if you pin ED as opposed to EOD they have had little to no sides which is why I went this route. But believe me, I know its working now and my source is awesome.

    Day 17
    Pinned right delt today and scheduled off day so just did some cardio. Feel hard as hell and not as hungry as usual. I find that I look at the clock and realize I need to eat as I'm trying to keep protein high.

    Very windy today and went out to get the mail in shorts and find myself at full salute so no libido issues going on here. I'm a no ketchup on the hotdog guy so my wife is in for a rude awaking when mother nature is done with her!!!

    Great log AJA.
    If my calculations are correct you are doing 1400 total mgs per wk.
    50mg tren daily, 75 prop and 75 mast.
    I like you log my friend. It seems to be coming along nicely for you. However I would be in agreement with the poster that said you should be really feeling it hard by now. The combination of compounds you are taking are very fast acting and I would have thought you'd be blowing up like crazy before this. Espesially since you are so consciounsious of you'r meals and protein intake.
    IMO the HCG may be a bit light you may need to lift that to 350-500 i.u's but if you'r doing alright with that stay with it.
    I see you prefer aromasin over adex which is a persons preferance. Some say aromasin is best, I use adex.
    You certainly have done you'r research and I certainly commend you for that.
    Caber is a must for this cycle and you have that right on point.
    You'r weight has come a long way since we last chatted. 257 is impressive.
    I have a feeling I know where you got you'r caber and that should help you when you'r wife is done with mother nature.
    I got a real kick out of you'r terminology of you not being a ketchup on a hot dog kind of guy. There are other ways to handle that situation though bro. Talk with the wife. LOL

    Hi RoaddKingg,

    Thanks for the comments and I appreciate the feedback. From what I have read I would agree that I should have felt things much sooner than just starting my 3rd week. I'm wondering if the pins that I had drawn and mailed to my hotel went through and x-ray and that may have cut its potency down a bit???


    If you have a look at my Day 5 post I mentioned feeling more pumped than usual. But I have to tell you that this week things are much different and I'm starting to really enjoy this.

    I was a regular user of Adex in my first few cycles, mostly because it was cheaper. But from everything I read Aromasin is better and with a cycle like this I wanted everything to be right so I spent the extra money.

    And sorry bro, I can beg as much as I want but I'm not getting in that back door!!

    Day 18

    Really starting to feel hard and these muscle pumps at times are painful. Did Pullups and Chinups to day for back and my Bi's were screaming to the point were I had to move to another exercise. BUT I LIKE IT!!!!

    Did get on the scale this morning at 260 and that was on an empty stomach. At time of workout I was 268 dressed.

    The X-ray had nothing to do with potency but I'm glad things are kickin nicely now for you.
    You are right, aromasin is most likely best but with adex you have a longer half life and so less dosing. You have really come up in weight. I believe I saw some pics of you about a year or so ago and now at 257, thats great.
    With me it's so hard to gain weight. I'm up just a few lbs now and doing my best to make it more. Now that it's cooler I feel better about eating the way I need to. In the heat I just cant do it. I'm putting some thing together myself but I am keeping it pretty simple. I may go as high as you on the total mgs but just with test, deca and a kicker of d-bol. Classic bulk. If it aint broke dont fix it is my theory. I admire the fact that you have studied so much since we were chatting in the past. Hell I feel like I have forgotten some shit. I have to check my notes and do a tad of research myself. LOL

    Day 19

    Things still going well. Took shot in right quad today along with 12.5mg aromasin. Weighed in this morning at 259.8 and right after my workout I was 268 without my shoes. I would figure about 5 or 6 pounds of muscle added and all my pants are looser.

    Still not really having any issues sleeping and no night sweats to speak of. Close to the end of week 3 and all is good.

    Day 20

    Had placed an order for slin pins yesterday as I was down to my last pin which I was supposed to use today for my HCG. Well as Murphy's Law would have it, I dropped the pin after taking the cap off and it landed on the pin end and bent the pin. So now now HCG today. I just sat there and laughed, like that seen with Tom Hanks in Money Pit when the tub fell through the floor. It was like slow motion watching it fall and could do nothing. Oh well....

    Anyway, was supposed to be a day off today, but I'm working tomorrow and then have to travel to Rochester at night so I did Back and Chest today so I can take off tomorrow.

    Days 21 - 23

    Been away on business over the last few days and unable to update my log.

    Day 21 - pinned very early in the morning before leaving for client visit. Pinned left delt and had no blood during aspiration. Shot went smooth, waited 15 seconds and pulled pin out and had a good amount of blood come out and run down my arm. Off day today, so nothing to report. Filled extra pin and gonna leave in my car for tomorrow since I am flying out tonight after work for another client tomorrow, and flying home in the evening late and staying in another hotel close to my Wednesday appointment.

    Time expired and was unable to finish my update:

    Day 22 - Got up in the morning and did 30 minutes of cardio only as the hotel gym equipment was garbage. Landed about 11PM and checked into hotel and pinned right delt. Had the same issue with bleeding from that shot as well. Will keep an eye on this going forward.

    Day 23 - Met with client I had not seen since last month before starting this cycle and he was shocked at the difference since the last time he saw me. Got home late and pinned in the evening along with my dose of caber and aromasin. Pinned left quad and no issues to report.
