    Excuse my ignorance, are you suggesting that I try combing these 6 meals into 4 meals keeping the same macros, or drop 2-3 meals?

    Jerhendr, the best peice of advice Built ever gave me is track everything you do. I know it sounds rudimentary, but with smartphones and apps so accessible now, it makes it as easy as playing a game. My personal favorite is All Things Food and Diet - FatSecret

    I havent found a food that I eat that wasnt on MFP. Barcode scanner for those on the run too. Nice suggestion Juggernaut.
