Age: 22
Weight: 195
Height: 5'11"
bf%: 10-12%
Training seriously for 5 years
Diet consists of 250g of protein and 4.5k-5k calories/day
AAS history: have done a couple cycles. did Sust by itself and Dbol by itself never did Deca before though
Goal of Cycle:
To gain a lot of mass in general while still staying mildly cut (will cut down after cycle) and get a lot stronger
I think it'd be best to jab 3 times a week
Monday and Friday 1 ml of Sust and .5 ml of Deca in same syringe
Wednesday 1 ml of Deca
(any feedback on this part would be greatly helpful)
I think instead of deca u may want to consider npp because your not really running the deca long enough. Npp has the same hormone as deca, just a shorter ester. Also you may not bloat as much with npp

Firstly sust should be pinned eod, due to the prop este(although in some forms there is ace which is ed pinning fo stable blood levels) although if you like twice weekly pins with sust stick with that.
I agree with Mooksman Npp would be a better option, but would require eod pinning, which ties in nicely with your sust protocol.
if your concerned about pinning eod you can always sue the slin pin method and think if your using sust at 500mg ew thats 2ml split into between 3 and 4 shots a week so about .67 and .5 of a ml per shot and then say NPP is 100mg/ml 3 ml of that a week is between .75 and 1ml per shot. so its a small amount of oil going in the muscle.
I think 19nor dosage should be 1/2 that of test unless its tren but thats a different kettle of fish.
get some caber on hand for deca sides, .5mg e3d is plenty, but can be increased as needed.
adex dosage is fine.
some Aromasin in pct would be beneficial to help with Igf-1 levels, boosts test production to name a few perks. 12.5mgs ed is enough
clomid dosage doesn't need to be that high either, but won't do any harm.
you may want to run HCG due to deca or npp being more suppresive than test.
