    Pct diet

    I have never seen a thred about pct diet, do i keep the diet the same? Or do i cut it down to maintence ? I mean i dont want fat to get the better if me while my body cant keep it iff during pct? Also heard fats are vital in pct

    Bro you can do your macro and make it 40/40/20. I'm coming off pct and I'm eating 500-600calories above maintenance and that includes subtracting calories burned for workout days.

    Yes bro. Not gaining more fat than normal.. Just pay attention to eating clean carbs and complex. Avoid all sugar possible and if you noticed you are gaining mostly weight around stomache, then try to keep carbs a little less but still 400-500 calories above maintenance.

    Also try to eat small meals. I have 4 meals, 3-4 snacks everyday with 30-50g protein each and 12-70g carbs depending on meal.

    Thanks guys, but im still such a new fish in the sea...reading lots of posts in 4-5 different forums and learning as much as i can every few hours. It would be nice for some real experts to give their input in this!
