    when to sort out my joints?

    Alright guys my joints are hurting to hell on me nowadays and so i'm going to sort them out with some AAS.

    currently finishing up an EQ, Test cyp and tbol recomp. Next cycle will be 8 weeks after this ends, as I blast and cruise. I plan to run Tren ace according to Heavyiron plans for newbs as it is my first stab at it.

    the Question i Have though is wether i should run a low dose deca during my cruise say 150mg ew, or run 4-6 weeks Npp @300mg ew as part of my cycle prior to starting teh tren ace, or a low dose deca during the cycle with tren and take caber at a higher dose ( i am prone to prolactin gyno) or final option use a relatively high dose of var alongsdie the tren to help with the joints.

    Do you use anythign for your joints? fish oil? glucosamine?

    I wouldn't use tren and deca together.

    Someone else can prob help you out on the gear side of things and joints, but I know deca would help but as for running it with tren at even a low dose not to sure.

    For myself I use salmon oil for my fucked knee (fully dislocated it more than 3 times so it gives me shit) I use that at 9g a day and my knee loves it.

    i wouldnt run deca during cruise, take time to cruise and rest your body from hormone loading. take it easy on weights, as you do not need to kill it every workout. get in, stimulate the muscle and get out for a couple weeks to give body a break and prevent injury. or just take 1 week off from weights

    I use glucosamine at around 10g a day ath the moments. Thanks man never heard of using salmon oil before but i'll look into it.

    This, wait till your 46 bro, lol I do legs once or twice a mnth, unless your making money as a pro, its not worth killing yourself.
