    Test e / Eq cycle

Im 43 years old and running a test e and eq cycle. I'm 5'8 190, and about 20% BF. Been lifting solid for years. I have Aromasin and Arimidex on hand as well as clomid for pct. My question is the dosage of test vs eq. Thinking of running the eq for 12 weeks and the test for 1 week longer. I am starting week 3. have been running 250 mg test on sunday and 300mg eq on wed. Have noticed some weight gain and strength gain as well. I just don't want to get into week 8 or 9 and see little results. You think the dosages are reasonable for a 10 lb net gain of muscle?

tbh i dont think your eq dose is high enough as it needs to be ran at 400 or higher to really get any good results, you should do 500 test a week with 400 eq, you will easy get 10lbs, but the qaulity of mass will all depend on your diet

how many cycles have you done? Those are very low doses. Why are you running test lower than eq? 12 weeks is not long enough to run eq, you should do atleast 16

Test should be 500mg, eq at least 500mg for 16 or more weeks. You should also use an ai during cycle, not keep it on hand. Imo, eq is a poor choice for you because you're at a high bf, and eq will raise your appetite really high.

i agree with gymrat and vibrant. eq should be always run at least 16 weeks. you should always try to lose some fat before starting gear.

Every thing I've read is you need atleast 600mgs/wk EQ for a minimum of 14 weeks. Im about to do my first run at Eq for 15 weeks @ 600mgs/wk along with some test, tbol, & either vars or winni.

Of course no disrespect to anyone, but here is what I've decided to do. Up the test to 500mg a week and keep the eq at 300. I have enough eq at that dose to run it for 14 weeks. I will run the test at 500 for 16 weeks. My bf is based off of height and weight. So actually it's probably quite lower. I'm not ripped but far from fat....haha.
