    Bloodwork costs without insurance

I went to an endo appointment today because I still haven't recovered very much after an 8 week pct of clomid and aromasin. My question is, if I dont have insurance, how much do you think the following blood tests will cost? The doctor is sending me to a private lab.

    -ACTH, plasma
    -CBC
    -Cortisol
    -Complete Metabolic Panel
    -FSH
    -IGF-1
    -LH
    -Lipid Panel
    -Prolactin
    -t-4 Free
    -Total Testosterone
    -Testosterone F & T
    -PSA

I checked out that sticky and it says you can get a full hormone panel for around $50. I see an anabolic steroid profile for 170 and that's about it.
