Some of them work pretty well others do not. Everyone is different too. A lot of Test gels and creams can be messy and have potential to rub off on others. I have seen bloodwork come back after 24 hrs after application of Axiron the Test level was 134. This was a 30mg dose . The doctor switched to a compound pharmacy version which is 200mg/ml so we will see in the next two weeks if this will make an improvement. If not it is on to Testosterone injections for TRT. Injections are much more stable and easier to use considering it is only once a week dosing. Gels and creams will fluctuate greatly throughout the day. The gels and creams peak a few hrs after use and it is down hill from there. Most only bring Test levels up to the middle range of normal. Also everyday application sucks. If you can deal with a weekly injection and get the doctor to give you a script go with the injection if he give you a choice. That is my opinion.
