Do spot injections directly into the target muscles really work?
For example if your bicepts are lagging behind other body parts and you injected directly into the bicept muscles do they develop better/quicker etc. than if you injected into glutes?
Just wanted to know if there is conclusive info to prove that there really is a difference in growth? Thanks for any info.

Spot injections do not work anywhere except for the pen!s. There are studies that prove your pen!s will grow if you inject your gears into it. Look it up...

No, spot injections will do nothing.
Some compounds have caused inflammation is my muscle, making them appear bigger for a couple days. However, this does not make them grow any faster, it's just a temporary reaction.

AAS injected directly into a muscle belly increased localized growth. I believe this was due to two factors. First, that "on site" availability of any fast/short acting muscle chemistry induced greater localized receptor-site stimulation. This may have been due in part to the fact that lagging body parts often have a lower circulatory supply of blood and the chemistry/nutrients it carries.
This in turn often relates to inadequate development of vascular and nerve
factors in these areas as well.
By introducing a space occupier, muscle fiber and belly fascia was forced to stretch and increase in area. This induced localized growth in turn due to... greater area allowed the hypertrophy of muscle cells and fibers to increase.
The most effective AAS for the purpose of localized androgen receptor stimulation were non-esterized. This was due to the fact that a greater percentage of the enzyme esterase exists in the blood than in muscle tissue itself.
etc.

I dont think you'll notice any great spot enhancing effect, but depending on the size of the muscle and the volume injected it can cause an increased stretch of the fascia and if trained shortly after injecting I have seen some immediate increases due to the stretch + pump and the maintained increased volume from the oil deposited in the muscle. Now, whether this caused any real increase in the speed at which those muscles grew I can't say for sure - though when i added in delt injections to my rotation I started seeing better gains in my shoulders and the gains have stuck but it may be some scar tissue or just coincidental timing.
