well you can't expect to hit a new strength peak in just 10 days if you were that far off to begin with. One of the first things I noticed is much better pumps, and still wanting to continue when you're at the point in your workout you normally feel spent. Size starts to accumulate after that and then you'll notice how much your lifts have changed in a short period. You can't expect miracles but it's much more than you'll get natty :P

This should start in about a week. Increasing gradually over about a month, at which time it's easier to notice changes in the gym. Changes in the mirror seem to start at about week 6.
Mrs.V. and I have both noticed that at about a month, people of the opposite sex start paying unwanted attention.
