Storage of open vials of juice

I opened a vial of test-e and took one shot before I had to stop due to tricep tendonitis this was back in the middle of april. I've looked all over this site to find an answer to this question. How long can I store it after that first draw? Also how long can I store the other unopened vials?

You are good until the expiration date on the vial.

I am as soon as I find out what this doc has to say about my knee. I just had an mri done monday. The tricep tendonitis feels like it's just about all gone. I'm thinking about a Npp/test-prop/tbol/T3 or T4 cycle
