Yes, start it the day you would usually start taking Nolva on PCT day 1.
for Test E it would be 2 weeks after last shot.

Optionally, you should take Nolva 20 mg ED on PCT day 3 for 10 days to prevent the negative feedback loop and make your PCT mucho effective.

This was my 5th PCT but my first of Trip.
I've tried all the regular compounds in the past such as Nolva, clomid and HCG.

This PCT wasn't a real PCT because I was not coming off of a cycle. I did a Nolva only PCT for 3 weeks from an 8 week cycle which for me seemed enough. Not too long ago I decided to give Trip a go as my boys seemed rather smaller than long ago and that I had softer erections (hard ones too but less frequently) for 7 months now. I took trip and felt it kick in on day 2 and definitely on day 3. I didn't realize at the time that I had some nolva left so I just took Trip alone.

My balls grew slower than HCG though they did grow for more than a week. I feel hornyer than ever before and my hard erections are much easier to get.

IMO the perfect PCT protocol to a 12+wk cycle would be:

Wait a little more than half life to start PCT or day 1 (Test E 2 weeks, dbol day after, etc..)

On cycle (week 3+): Use 500ui of HCG every 5 days. (I have read a med article and users stating that 500ui of HCG is not 1/2 the effectiveness of 1000ui but more around 75%. Heck I used to do 250ui injects on cycle and I would prevent the boys from shrinking.)

On cycle (last week): Your last HCG inject (take anywhere between 500ui to 1000ui). If using a short half-life compound(s), make sure you have at least 1 week in between your last HCG inject and Triptorelin inject.

Day 1 of PCT: 100mcg Trip in Bac Water sub-q (apparently people debate if it's more bio-viable IM or Sub-Q, Sub-Q worked just fine for me.

Day 3 of PCT: Nolvadex 20mg ED

Day 13 of PCT: Stop Nolva.

The HCG and Nolva are optional. Some do substitute nolva by an AI. There needs to be more logs and accounts or studies before we can tell what's better in PCT with Trip. Basically Trip is already doing all the job so nolva is there only to reduce the likelihood of a negative feedback look and preventing from becoming a bitch with titties.

As for the HCG, it's there to increase make your testies functional on cycle. Repetitive shinking and regrowing is not good for them so keeping them big all the time seems like the best favor you could do for your boys.

To conclude, I see that Nolva would be very important to add to trip only if you've taken HCG on cycle. On the other hand I do not see the problem with doing a Trip only pct but cmon guys. 10 tabs of Nolva with trip is not very expensive... So take them.

Seems I forgot to answer your third question:
It fixes you up very fast within a week or two and costs in the double digits No sides except for possibility of bitch tits if you've taken HCG before thus making nolva and or and AI useful.

I will be only doing Triptorelin PCTs (with HCG and Nolva) for 12+ week cycles as of now. My two friends who tried it liked it very much as well.
