    cycle help

i have been reading a ton lately and have decided i wanted to try my first cycle. just need a little advice so i make sure i am heading to a good stack and correct dosage.

    Age: 24
    Weight: 210 (lean 190
    Height: 5'11"
    bf%: *guess* 20%
    Training: 2.5 years
Diet: 200 g protein, 2000 calories (focus on cutting right now)
    AAS history: none
Goal of Cycle: to add lean mass while cutting some fat/water

so i have been reading and getting some advice from a few other experienced lifters/pinners.

i am looking at a 12 week cycle that consist of:

    Test
    Tren
    Masteron
    Clomid (PCT)

i have had 3 guys recommend this stack and have read on multiple site and thread it's a good stack. but, will it be good for me? and at what dosage/how often?

No tren or mast, theirs a sticky on first cycle and pct. stick to test for your first cycle, you will get great results if your diet and training is on point.

^x2 test only first cycle 12 weeks 500mg ew adex. 5mg eod

    aromasin and clomid pct....simples

but bf% too high, get lower, which you are doing anyway so props on that.

but tren and mast in a first cycle is asking for issues

^ x3 plus you you bf% is to high, you will risk bad sides running a cycle now. My advice is to get your diet in check up your protein and drop bf way down to like around 12-14% and then hit the gas, Test only and maybe a oral

Awesome! Thanks for the replies fellas.

    Next question...

Should I up the protein to around 2g/per/lb since I'm wanting to build yet trim some bf% at the same time? Or should I stick to around 1g/per/lb and my 2000 calorie diet? Right now one dropping a few lbs let week. I took some time off last year that's the only reason I'm up this high.

I think you should up your protein intake to at least 1.5g per lb. you dont want to lose too much muscle while you're cutting and that's what will happen if you dont get enough protein in.

If you're getting enough protein consumption, you can cut your other cals from carbs and fats pretty low since the test is keeping you anabolic. This means you don't have to worry too much about losing muscle while on a caloric deficit, even with heavy cardio. However, I never recommend long distance running (greater than 15-20min).

So is the test going to help me at all with building while dropping bf right now?I was hoping if I took test, with either mast or whinny (since the both have little to no side effect) then I could build mass yet drop bf...

Am i going to get a strong cut though if I cant do the cardio that I'm doing now? I usually do 20-25 min on the elliptical or treadmill before and after my lifting regime.

What part of test only on the first cycle did you miss? And where did you read that Mast and Winny have no sides? I can't speak for Mast but Winstrol will wreck some joints something fierce and really why do you need to take that is the question? Are you getting contest ready? If not there are others to consider like Anavar if you got deep pockets or even Halo for 6 weeks which will go great with test.

i am going to take only test for my first cycle.

i was just stating that that's what i was hoping for initially. i was referring to whether or not test alone was going to benefit me since im trying to drop bf%. or whether or not i should just keep what im doing then start a cycle when i get my bf% down some.

In my opinion test with the right diet will assist greatly with cut, but diet and training is key. I would listen to oufinny and leave winny alone. you can still do cardio, Pieguy was just saying to be easy because if your caloric def, and you do to much cardio, you will sacrifice muscle.

How much would "to much" cardio be? Would I be playing sticking with the 20-25 min before and after? It put me at a total of 5-600 of calories burnt.

    You guys are awesome!!

if your diet is on point, and your lifting properly, theirs no set amount imo. Learning your body is key and takes awhile, im still developing an understanding of how mine reacts to cardio, fats, etc. For me on a cut i do 25 min of cardio 5 times a wk. I also lift low weight high reps, i mean high. For me i enjoy 3 sets of 15 to 20 during cut,and i love supersets! but you will get tons of differant answers on that, read up on diet, doesn't matter how much cardio you do if your not eating properly.
