    Blood bath

    Tried my first left delt shot tonight, I swear I bled more than most women on their periods. Funny thing though, right delt goes in like butter with no pain. Luck of the draw I guess haha

    so true bro. i pin myself ED and have had more problems with my left delt than my right for some reason. i hit a nerve the first time i tried my left delt and have bled from there a few times yet i never bleed from anywhere else.

    you cant shoot it from the front of the delt in my experience. picture a bullseye on the ball of ur delt. shoot around that. there is a vein that runs from ur neck through the front of your delt.
