    women's cycles

    New to this forum and have a few questions on womens cycles. I did my first nod bikini competition in the spring of 2010. I absolutely loved it. The rush of being on stage in the lights with people who share your same interest is unlike any other. Last winter I attempted my first basic cycle of anavar 5mg/ day. From day two I was vomiting nonstop and ended the. Var at day 6. This year I want to try primo 50mg the first week and 100mg weeks 2-9 then back to 50 on week 10. Adding in albuterol bi-weekly. First question. The albuterol is in liquid form and administers 2.5 mg per nebulizer treatment. I would do 4 treatments a day. I know the puffer will not administer enough but is the nebulizer an alternative. I have hundreds of files of this and thought it would be worth a shot.
    question 2. I have colitis and was wondering if anybody with colitis or crohnes has done primobolan with out exasperating the colitis symptoms.
    I know diet is a key factor when cycling and I plan on using my competition diet. Thanks in advance. Also if this is strictly for men , I am sorry for being intrusive.

    Pills would probably be a better option for the albuterol. They're sold under the name ventolin or ventorlin. 75mg would be a better sweet spot for the primo, 100mg is usually the higher end of the dosage for women.

    Vomiting on 5mg anavar? Strange. I mite look into halo extreme or turinabol as another oral option to go with your primo.

    Im wondering if the vomiting and upset stomach stomach was due to the fact that I don't tolerate many meds because of having colitis. I am going to look more into the halo extreme. Im not looking for any androgenic sides. I have a feminine face and would like it to stay that way. This is why primo and var were my first pics. Im also not big on orals. I take too many narcotics for colitis to push my liver over the edge of no return doesn't sound like a good time. Thank you for all of the comments and suggestions. Im still doing my research. Also my fam phys is pretty cool and would see me through this cycle with propped blood work. I just don't want to do anthony stupid and bypass my physician and head straight for the grave. Lol

    I am looking to cut and add a little quality muscle. I still want to stay in the bikini form so much mass isn't a big concern.

    I was thinking around 150-180 grams lean protein and my green veggies. Carb days go high ( 100grams using old fashion oats or sweet potatoes) medium, low X 2 then high, med, low X 3. Protein drinks. Make me puke if I drink too many so my main protein comes from chicken/ turkey breast, talapia/ tun, lean beef or egg whites. If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them.

    Probably about 1800- 2000 calories on high days 1500 or so on low days

    Primobolan at 50mg/wk should be plenty for your goals...diet will dictate the rest.

    1800-2000. Slight surplus for the first 5-6 weeks then maintenance to slight deficit for the final 4-6 weeks. Does that sound about right?

    Why are you running a surplus for bikini? You said you don't want mass. Run a surplus and take gear, and I assure you you'll put on mass.

    I actually said that I want to add a little bit of quality muscle and cut. Too much mass isn't my goal. If I simply cut without putting on any mass at all, I will look like a stick person. I lost all of my muscle mass with the last batch of prednisolone I was on. I went from 135 to 120 on my 5'7" frame in a matter of ten days. So the surplus will be to put on some muscle for the first half and the remainder for cutting. Am I way off base with my thinking or does this sound right?

    Still have to get my exact diet down. Going to do more looking on the nutrition forum on this site. My biggest problem willow be fat. I had to have my gall bladder removed and I can no longer digest fats properly. More than 20 grams in a day will make me incredibly sick. Im a tough case for this line of hobby. Lol

    Twenty grams - in the whole day? Really? I know others without gallbladders, and they can digest more than 20g.

    Maybe 30grams. But not much more. Doesn't matter the type. But if I start low on almonds or natural peanutbutter I can usually consume more almonds or pb if I keep eating it many consecutive days. May even be able to double my intake of almonds or pb in 2 weeks of consistently eating it. Does that make sense?
