    time off

How long after the termination of one cycle do I have to wait to start my next cycle?

I am anticipating starting again but do not want to fuck myself up.

The best gauge of your readiness to get back on cycle is through blood work. Only then will you know for sure that your natural test levels have rebounded.

    This^^^

Most people usually go by cycle time + pct time = time off. For example a 12 week test e cycle + 2 weeks you're waiting for the ester to clear + 4 week pct = 18 weeks off .But as gmo said blood work is the only way to be sure.

My opinion, time on equals same time off. Checked by bloodwork. Then rock on.

1.5 times the length of your cycle+PCT is the time you should take off at least. If you care about your hormones that is.
