    Rehab

I have to rehab my shoulder again. I want to do a low dose of deca. I will only be running and working my legs, core and rehabing my shoulder for 6-8 weeks. I do not want to gain any weight. still trying to drop more weight.

    12% bf
Iv done a few cycles in the past.
    I was thinking of doing
    250mg test a week
    150mg deca a week
Would this be enough deca for healing purposes only?
Would I need hcg at this low dose?
I will run either armidex or aromisin.Haven't decided yet. And clomid for pct

    Thanks, Klutch

I hate to break this to you, but deca is not going to help you heal or recover any faster. Continue to run your test, keep your protein high and this will help stop any muscle wasting.

I think hgh would be a better choice if you are looking for injury repair.

There is no reason for you to run any anabolics whatsoever unless you are on TRT. They do not heal injuries, only mask them.

As mentioned above, hgh can help to heal injuries as well as GHRP & CJC-1295.

Yep yep! If you can't afford HGH, run GHRP-6 and CJC-1295 (as per Dat's protocol). Used it with great success.
