    Gyno help

This is my first cycle in about 10 years. I took probably 8-10 cycles in my mid to late 20's of several different compounds and never experienced gyno. I am going with what I would consider a very mild cycle and just started my 4th week and am starting to grow teets. It just started today and should have my hands on liquid Nolva in 2 days. (I know I should have had it, but have never had any issues before).

Here is the cycle that I had planned...

    Weeks 1-10 - 300 mg Test. Enanthate
    Weeks 1-16 - 500 mg Equipoise
Weeks 11-16 40 mg daily Anavar

    pct Clomid

My question is.....What dosage of the Nolva?...How effective is it?...and how long to typically see results?

Any recommendations on tweaking the cycle at this point, and could that help with offsetting the gyno? (I have winstrol as well....was just saving it for another cycle later)

I like boobs....just not on me!

    Thanks in advance!

you just started to grow tits today?? what makes you say this?? wheres the AI you should be running? if youre experiencing gyno signs take 40mg per day until they subside, then run 20mg for a week. by that time you should have your aromasin (AI) which u should have had already

Thanks for info. I just noticed the sensitivity today. Never had an issue years ago on any cycle that I did, so I just jumped in assuming I would be OK an it would just be a waste of money. I know better now. Thanks again.

OK....just a little advice on how to use this stuff. I read so much contradictory stuff, that I am more confused than ever.....here is what I have coming.

Nolvadex - should be here tomorrow
    Letro -Thursday or Friday
    Arimidex - Saturday

I have clomid on hand and went ahead and got some extra for PCT.

Slight signs of gyno starting......expert advice on how to use what I have here.

....and again....never thought that I would need an AI because never had a need for it during my many cycles in my 20's.

Thanks for the insight in advance.....

first off, if it is just sensitivity you dont want to hit the AI's too hard as a little estrogen is still beneficial. If you are noticing any solid actual growth then you want to try to knock it out. so what stage would you say you are at? any lump??

either way I would start nolva at 20mg/day when you get it and start the letro at 1.25mg/day when you get that in (continuing the nolva)

depending on how far along the gyno is, I would try to switch over to the Adex as soon as possible as letro is much more potent and harsh on the body. in order to avoid having a rebound you can do something like this (begin transition when there is little-to-no noticeable lump or growth)

day 1 (of transition) nolva 20mg, letro 1.25mg, adex .25mg
    day 2 nolva 20mg, letro .625mg, adex .5mg
    day 3 nolva 20mg, letro .625mg, adex .5mg
    day 4 nolva 20mg, adex .5mg
    day 5 nolva 20mg, adex .5mg
day 6 (and on through cycle) adex .5mg

you could do the dosages differently and others may feel there are better ways to transition, but this is how I would do it

should see effects from nolva within 3 days of first dose starting with decreased sensitivity and decrease in growth rate or overall size of lump. Letro will bring total estrogen way down while nolva is blocking it, then transitioning to arimidex with a gradual taper on both adex and letro will allow for estrogen control to continue while getting off the letro to avoid unnecessary sides

Haven't felt a "hard" lump.....just extremely sore and sensitive around both nipples. It seems like there is a little more fatty tissue there than before.

    Many thanks for the info.

Yeah I am going through the same scenario. My first time taking test E and EQ and I think one of them is triggering the nipple sensitivity. I was on Adex and Nolva and it didn't do the trick. Now I am on Letro and tom citrate. It was working great Letro once a day at 1.5 mg.

Now I upped the test and bam not feeling a lump but tight tissue behind the nipple.
Net net I am now taking 3mg Letro.

Does anyone think this is too much?

3mg daily is def high for letro, you may start to have joint and libido issues and if you continue it for too long you can start to have much more serious issues arise including bone density decreasing, immune system difficulties, etc. Your best bet is doing a similar taper as above and running aromasin (or adex, but i always prefer aromasin for many reasons) for your on-cycle estrogen control.
