    My first time going to the dark side!

    Ok so first time i tried to post this it didnt work so time to type it all out again!
    hope i have not forgotten anything!

    Hello everyone!

    I am planning my first aas cycle!

    I am a long time lurker have been reading and following logs for months now.

    I will give you some stats to get us started.


    Age
    25

    Height 6'4

    Weight 200 lbs

    Lifting Experience My dad was gym nut in the gym everyday so since i can remember i have been in the gym with him too, only started seriously using weights and learning proper form and technique for the past 4/5 years.

    Knowledge i studied sports and exercise science at college acheiving top marks and went on to study sports and exercise science degree at university with a focus on strength and conditioning, biomechanics and nutrition. I have also been researching aas for a long time now to make sure i am fully prepared i have read the forums and books and have watched the movies and documentarys Bigger Faster Stronger, Steroids saved my life, The science behind steroids etc.

    Ok so as is generally accepted im going for a first cycle of just Test E with a Dbol kick start.

    My Diet I will aim for 4000 calories as a base start obviously tapering up or down as needed, if i feel too much fat coming on ( Which i can hopefully see even with the bloat ) i will taper down and if i feel gains are coming on too slow i will taper up.

    Im thinking 350g/350g/150g around that mark in terms of C/P/F.

    Most of my nutrients will come from whole food sources as a posed to protein and weight gainer.

    Some samples of things i will be eating are oats, eggs, chicken, pork, mince, steak, sweet potato, cheese, whole grain rice and pasta, olive oil, beans, turkey, skim milk, almonds, green vegetables. I will eat around every 2-3 hours, having a chunk of my carbs pre workout and before bed making sure i get that cottage cheese or caesin protein in. I cannot eat fish and i hate peanuts for those who will suggest tuna and peanut butter


    My workout Monday Back/Bi's
    Tuesday HIIT/Light Core work
    Wednesday Legs
    Thursday HIIT/light core work
    Friday Chest/Tris
    Saturday Shoulders/ Any parts that i feel have recoverd and need to be hit again

    Ok so as previously said i will be running a test e/dbol cycle

    Week 1-12 Test E 500 a week with a split of 250 on Monday and 250 on Thursday.
    Week 1-4 Dbol 40mg a week
    Week 1- 13 HCG 250iu E4d
    Week 1-14 Aromasin 12.5 EOD up to ED if sides are present and up to 25 and use nolva if they persist.

    PCT

    Week 14-18 Clomid 100/100/50/50
    Week 14-18 Nolva 50/50/25/25


    I think i remembered everything

    I will make sure i have an excess of test E on hand as i have heard of people getting 8ml out of a vial instead of 10 etc

    Other supps i will have are:

    Joint Support
    Creatine
    ZMA
    Sports Multivitamin/mineral complex
    Omega 3,6,9 and Cod-liver oil
    Milk thistle
    Coq-10
    Calcium
    saw palmetto
    hawthorne berry
    and an OTC Cycle support ( I know alot of you might say dont bother with this but i already have it as a gift from someone who didnt understand what it exactly was :P )

    Think that is everything!!!

    Some things to remember about injecting

    Always use alchol swabs to clean EVERYTHING before you do ANYTHING
    inject air into the vial to make oil easier to come out
    get rid of air bubbles and let a drop of oil slide down needle as lubrication
    smooth controlled injection
    remember to aspirate
    smooth injection making sure not to go too fast
    rotate injection sites


    Ok so this cycle wont take place for a little while but just making sure i got this all right and for anyone to tell me whats better or if i got something wrong.
    I think i may do a short cut cycle first which i will also log here and i will post frequent pictures once im started.

    Everything looks right except do not use clomid and nolva together for pct. Use the aromasin in place of one or the other. I prefer clomid however you will find proponents of either.

    Edit: also I think you meant 40 mg of dbol per day.

    And I think you ment 15-18 for PCT (but I think 3 weeks is plenty)
    Week 15-18 Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Week 15-18 Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5
